    Very well. First off they did a great job of minimizing the disruption and mess. Every day all items tools, supplies, ect., were stored neatly and out of the way. All dust and debri was removed and contained. We had a very strangely placed window that couldn't be changed but created numerous issues that needed to be worked out. Also issues with the sub floor that required a lot of work to get it ready for new flooring. Challenging but accomplished. All inspections with the City passed first time. Mark advised us right up front what issues needed to be done due to meeting codes.

    Everything went perfectly!! The most important to know about this vendor is his superior attention to detail! You will not be disappointed if you hire this gentleman!! He also is very good at checking back periodically after a job is finished to make sure everything is good and there are no problems. Use him - you won't regret it!!

    Our experience with Tim Miller was exceptional. He communicated regularly with what was to be expected, when people would be coming in to do work or get city permit approvals. The people he uses are polite, professional, as clean as you could expect with a kitchen full of debris and drywall dust. Our project took about 4 weeks and it looks wonderful. It was completed in April, 2018. We recommend him highly.

    Mark is the definition of professionalism. After purchasing our home we dealt with many contractors for various projects and Mark, by far, was the best of the them. From punctuality, cleanliness, communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, Mark and his crew set the standard on what I expect from contractors. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to have other repairs made from another type of contractor. While Mark was there working on other projects, he alerted of all the shortcuts taken by that other contractor. Mark's quality of work is impeccable. We could see a stark difference in his work compared to the work of other contractors that were hired by relatives. He will treat your house as if it were his own house and he will strive for perfection. His suggestions and recommendations were very helpful as well. We would highly recommend Mark and have found our contractor for life!

    From the first consultation meeting that we had with Daniel all the way to the final walk thru of the remodeling project that was done by him and his crew, Daniel was a great person to work with. The work that he did for us (A complete kitchen remodeling, bathrooms remodeling, laundry room upgrade and the 2 car garage) was done in fairly time and with high standards of quality. Every one of the crew members made sure that their part in the work was done to the high standards of the rest of craftsmanship that was defined and managed by Daniel. During the remodeling project, we were provided with all the relevant information including solutions to raised problems that came up and all of our questions were answered in a professionally manner. Now that our project is complete and after working with Daniel at Curtis construction services, we are sure that our house will serve our needs for many more years to come.

    Scott and staff were very respectful of our home and us. Everything they said they would do was done and to our satisfaction. Scott responded quickly to all calls. His workers were very nice and knoweldgeable and the product provided was top notch. The bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The kitchen is much more functional especially due to the great lighting and trey ceiling, but it is truly beautiful and a pleasure to work in. The job was done ON TIME and on the price we originally agreed to. There were very few days that someone wasn't working at our house. Scott or his foreman were here monitoring the work. We have nothing negative to say about this experience and we have had our share of bad experiences.

    The property was unoccupied throughout the remodel. Overall, the workmen employed to perform the multitude of tasks involved with this project did a wonderful job! This was borne out when the house sold 4 days after being listed. Every showing resulted in comments like ���I tried, but I couldn���t find any problems���, ���the details were addressed; many remodels miss the mark with the details���, ���I���d move in right now if I could!��� As far as the quality of the work goes, I would not hesitate to hire Horizon again. What I would struggle with, however, are the issues I encountered with project management and administrative matters: ��� The project manager I worked with was Mike. Mike was nice, showed a desire to please his client(s), overall accessible to answer questions, and provided sound and helpful design advice. Areas where he can improve include writing things down so he won���t forget important issues, reading texts/emails in their entirety to avoid his client���s having to answer questions where information has already been provided in an earlier text/email, and showing more finesse in dealing with a client who���s opinion/recollection of events differs with his. Ultimately, though, Mike���s a good guy and very relatable. ��� The front office staff were very pleasant to deal with, and were attentive to issues that arose. If I had a question, it was usually answered quite promptly. If I was dissatisfied with something, it was also addressed quite promptly. Enna (co-owner), Yafa, and Audrey all stand out as being great to work with. An area that would warrant improvement is the attention to details when it comes to payments. Client payments should be tracked closely by administration so a client does not have to use their time to provide detailed payment information. Every construction project will encounter problems and mistakes. The process has many ���moving parts.��� The key factors that helped make this a successful project were that Horizon fulfilled their contractual commitments, took responsibility when mistakes were made, and rectified problems to the satisfaction of their client. Even after the work was done, and I provided the final sign-off on the project, I encountered an issue that was a result of an understandable mistake on Mike���s behalf. Enna was so intent on ensuring I was satisfied that she demonstrated her professionalism by rectifying the problem in record time. She stands by the core philosophy of Horizon Construction & Remodeling to honor their commitment to complete client satisfaction���I appreciate and respect that.

     Our two story house has 6 bedrooms,  good sized foyer with stairwell and arched ceilings leading upstairs. Living, family & dinning rooms, a lot of acoustic ceilings and odd shaped ceilings.  Richard's crew arrived at 6:30 AM, moved the furniture, taped sheets of plastic to the top of the walls, covered stairs, furniture, floors, windows, appliances, doorways, everything with sheets and sheets of plastic they taped down.

    We left for a hotel but came back to check progress. Four guys were working full speed, it was a full days work removing, cleaning, patching and making repairs as they found them. At the end of the day all the plastic and mess was removed with no trace left behind. The workers were back the next day at 6:30 AM, once again they covered everything with plastic then finished the upstairs' rooms and made an attic entry cover including making and installing a metal rim to keep the cover in place. So much nicer than the empty rusty metal box that was there for 20 years.

    At the end of the second day's work everything was removed and cleaned Spic & Span. The ceiling though unpainted looked better already. No bits of dust clinging to the acoustic stuff.  I was worried the house would be loud and there would be an echo affect without the acoustic ceilings, but it does not.


    A few days later once the ceilings were completely dry the painters arrived at 6:30 AM. They too covered all furniture, walls, appliances, stairs, floors, windows, doorways, everything with yards and yards of plastic they taped it all down. They were done by 3:30, everything cleaned up not a mess in sight. They did a great job, I will hire them again for future painting needs, excellent and through. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

     I wasn't sure about the shade of white or the light cloud finish for the ceilings they recommended, but Richard reassured me the color and finish would be beautiful and he was right. The ceilings are gorgeous!  Smooth but not too smooth, the color is perfect, there are no lumps or lines, no tape marks, it looks like a brand new ceiling. We are very happy with our choice and with Richard and his crew.

    Everyone was helpful, professional, clean and did great work, I highly recommend System One Interiors and Richard McKinnon. He is running this company with experts and good people who do the work right and with pride. Richard is an honest trustworthy person who won't let you down.

    We also had recessed lights installed in six of the rooms and one ceiling light/fan installed in another room. Richard referred us to Dustin an electrician at Southern California Electrical in Chino. Dustin and the other electrician were professionals, friendly  and excellent workers. 

    Over two days they installed 22 LED recessed lights two were adjustable, 3 Circuits, 5 Dimmers, 3 Box Expansions, installation of the light/fan with 2 High Load Electrical Boxes, 2 Decora switches and the relocation of a hanging light fixture in the kitchen. The electrical work was done before the ceiling work.   Dustin talked to us every step of the way and explained what would and wouldn't work, helping us make some decisions and saving us some $$ along the way. I highly recommend Dustin, he's an excellent electrician and a good person.  Total cost for work electrical above was $4,670.00.

    It went extremely well. Eric and Cody are true professionals in all aspects of their work, from their professionalism when providing an estimate to their final product. The work performed exceeding my expectations. Eric and Cody arrived when they said they would and completed as much as they could each day. If you're looking for drywall work, there's no need to look any further. I vetted numerous companies when trying to select a contractor. I plan to use Thor on all subsequent drywall work. Eric and Cody are fair, honest, friendly and skilled contractors. Thank you both for a high quality end product. I look forward to doing business with you both again in the future.

    As usual, We have used this provider multiple times.  I do not have one negative thing to say.  They prepped and protected all surfaces.  Their painting technique is impeccable. They cleaned up after themselves.  I did not have to ask them to do one thing that they were suppose to do and didn't.

    I would recommend Western Pacific without reservation!!
