  They did not respond quickly to my request for a quote, problems with their voice mail. They did make an appointment and followed up with a bid for the work. Eventually they were selected to do the fence and they gave me a date they would do the work. But they did not show up on that date. When I called they said they were always scheduled for the next day. When I checked the email they had send a month earlier, they had in fact given me the original date, but somehow recorded it wrong on their books. Very annoying!! But they did show up the next day and completed all work promptly and professionally. I hired a different company to paint the fence.

  When we first met Mark we discussed what we wanted done and that we wanted to have a reasonable set of expectations as this was our first remodel. 
  Mark explained the process making sure to highlight the parts that would be the most inconvenient to us right up front.  
  Mark scheduled the really large parts of the project in a way that had a minimal impact to our daily lives. 
  I really believe Mark had us in mind as the job unfolded because he rearranged the timeline when we had an unexpected guest in the middle of the project and he even made the kitchen functional for a few days while they were there. 
  I know that Mark had to come in and work on the weekend because we changed the plan/timeline with our guests and he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all.
  I also expected to be charged some sort of extra fee for the reschedule and weekend work but that never happened.
  Even more than how well the work turned out I want to say that Mark was great to deal with and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
  When we changed plans and appliances on him at the last minute he would just smile and say "sounds good".
  As a father & husband with kids in the house I had no problem trusting Mark around my wife and kids and i think that is important for people to know. 
  If you are looking to have work done i would highly recommend meeting with Mark and see for yourself.

  Good Neighbors Fence

  From start to finish, these guys were great. The owners and the installers were all super friendly and professional. It was raining the day I scheduled to have them come out and give me a bid, but Karen still came out without a problem. The installers were there from the time they said they would be, and they didn't leave till the job was 100% done. Not to mention, the fence looks perfect. There isn't a single area in the whole fence that you can see through, and everything is level and lined up perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks!

  so cal fencing did a great job! Rich is very nice, professional, and was easy to talk to about what we needed. we were planning on only getting one gate, but liking what Rich had to say, we decided to replace another gate that wasn't on our radar. the pricing of the project seemed right and we are completely satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend so cal fencing and if we need another gate or fencing, I will give Rich a call! Thanks!

  Not good..... They called back to tell us they wouldn't do it. They said it was a "no bid"..... Huh? You don't want the job to replace an old wood fence with a new one I asked ? .... No. We don't want it...... OOOOkay then, good bye. That was it. Ive never had a business that SPECIALIZES in a certain trade turn down a job. So odd.... SO we are hiring another company. Will NOT refer.

  Provider was a pleasure to work with. Provided an estimate over the phone based on my description of the project. Was able to replace the gate within a couple of days of my initial phone call. Efficiently performed the the work. In my opinion, provider's workmanship in replacing the gate was very good.

  Brett returned my calls promptly every time I called. Once we settled on the job, he showed up on time and finished the job on time with no surprises. I was amazed how fast they were able to get it done.
  The fence looks great and the materials used look top notch.
  They hauled off the old fence debris and left the yard in pretty good shape. There were some sawdust piles in the yard, but it was not a big deal. There was one broken sprinkler head along the fence. Again, not a big deal and it may have been broken by my gardener, who cleared the area along the fence before the work was done.

  Good Neighbors Fence

  Karen provided a quote to install a new redwood fence with two gates. She was very responsive and provided a detailed, competitive quote, answering all of our questions. She even brought samples of the posts and planks. The fence was not an easy install since it was mounted high on a retaining wall that varied heights along the length of the fence. They did a fantastic job on the fence and both gates. The design, materials and install quality were excellent.

From the initial call the sales person Omar was great came out on time honored all coupons and gave us a great quote and amazing and quick follow up on all inquires during the project. The office stall, scheduler and manufacturing were very pleasant to work with.

  A representative from the company showed up the day after we contacted the company.  He was polite and efficient, answering all of our questions.  The tear down and rebuild of the fence were both completed on the days promised.  We were very pleased with the professionalism  and work performed by the company.
