    Great shop.  Not afraid to tell you what you do not need done.  Most services were excellent,  They had some trouble repairing the air conditioner unit on one of our vehicles (but the dealer couldn't fix it either).  I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.,

    Firendly, competent, have always been pleased with both price and professionalism.

    We take it to the dealer because it's the only place to get parts for our smart car.  I was there about three months ago.  That was actually a really expensive estimate.  We did not get any work done there.  I took it to the guy that did our tires and he actually did it for free.  You can't beat that price compared to spending a $1000 at the dealership.  It's hard to say because Mercedes has to carry these vehicles and so were kind of treated like bastard step children when we drive up with it.  There whole attitude just sucks basically.  They use to have separate people but they don't do that anymore and the only reason they had the smart concession when they first came out in 2008 and they gave it up because they didn't want to carry the cars and then they found out that EPA standards they had to get the car back because the overall mileage for all of there vehicles didn't meet EPA standards.  So they had to get the contracts back for the smart cars to be able to pass the EPA on all there vehicles.  So there really not happy to have us.

    We have been with this agent for 25 years. We don't go anywhere else. They are so nice and respectful. Like my husband a while ago he bought a crew there he was so unhappy with service that he got at the dealership. We will get some other tool so we can work on your car as well. We have used them for years and years and years. The quality of the work and honesty keeps us going back. My husband was driving and its axle gave out and he had to be drove back and then they said you know what if this might have been our fault because if we didn't see that in your property that would cause your axle to go out. They said that upfront we will cover everything so they completely fix it all for free and gave us a rental car and we will take care of it for  you. They are excellent across the board. We go there the same guys, same owner, same mechanic also been there for 25 years.

    I took my car for 14k service there. After service when I drove it about 20 miles Engine oil level warning sign turned on, indication low engine level oil. I added oil and had to tow the car back to them. But I think my engine overheated since fan was running for long Time after I turned off the Engine. The service consultant was very unprofessional when I returned there.I am very disappointed with this dealer. I contacted BMWUSA but I was not pleased with them as well.I will hire a consumer attorney and will switch from BMW to another car.

    They did a good job and they were fast. I usually get my stuff done at the dealership and he was at least 25% less than the dealership. The dealership wanted $500 and they charged me $270. It was a massive difference. He did it all in one day with very little notice. It was great. His name is Randy Nelson. They took me the same day that I called. They are in an industrial area and it is an auto repair shop; it wasn't like they were serving me coffee.

    I am a female senior citizen living alone. I believe Keyes Auto Service deliberately ripped me off knowing I have no knowledge of cars or car repairs. After the diagnostic they told me I needed to spend $1300.00 to repair a leak in the power steering fluid reservoir because all the fluid had leaked out. I told them I could not afford $1300 and asked them to fill it up with power steering fluid and give me my car back. They assured me they automatically fill it up with whatever fluid has leaked out and charged me $125.00 for the diagnosis. When I drove home the noise continued and I was very worried, afraid my car would break down. An 80 year old friend who used to repair military jet engines offered to look at my car for me. He said the power steering fluid reservoir was totally empty...that the dealer's car repair dept. failed to add a single drop of power steering fluid. The friend bought some power steering fluid with sealer for less than $10.00 that is specially formulated to help prevent leakage and put the sealer/fluid in my car. The friend also told me to check my garage floor once in a while to see if any red liquid was leaking out. It has been over a year and no leakage and no noise. I saved $1,165.00 by walking away from the dishonesty at Keyes Auto Service.

    They did not check the coolant in my car. In fact they said they are not allowed to do so. A few days later my car started to overheat. It turned out my radiator needed to be flushed out. I think Walmart should have recognized this and suggested I follow-up.

    The first time they tried to do my smog test they couldn't turn off the traction control system making it impossible to do the test. They explained what was wrong and why it was important and told me it could be fixed by another auto repair place nearby. It turned out my car had a defective switch. As soon as that was fixed I returned to Brothers Auto Care for the Smog Test. They did it quickly and efficiently and were very willing to answer all my questions. I found them to be responsive, highly skilled and personable.

    We have been going to them for 35 years. They give wonderful service but they don't try to push extra things on you. You know, they'll say, "This is starting to go but it can go a little while longer." They're really honest and they try to save you money and what they do do is really well done.
