The repairman, Simon, was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do. When he returned the second day with the needed part and installed that part, he found another piece that needed to be replaced. At my suggestion, he went to a nearby Home Depot for the generic part and finished the job that day, rather than delaying completion by ordering and having to return on yet another day. I was delighted to have the job done right then.

It went great. They came as soon as they could, took apart the dishwasher, found that broken glass had destroyed the motor and counseled us to replace the motor (not cheap!) rather than replacing the whole dishwasher. It would not have been much more to replace it but our technician was counseled us against that as the new version of our current model is inferior. We appreciated that. They replaced the motor and it's been great ever since.

They specialize in subzeros and they do some commercial work. I thought their service was great. It was my first time using them. They were very professional and had all the tools they needed. They really knew their product well and they were a great resource on how to fix it.

Kim replaced a part on our Viking oven -- knew exactly what was needed based on my description and ordered the part before coming out. That saved him & us time.  He is very nice, honest & knowledgeable.  The only issue I have is that his responsivessness could be improved -- I initially placed a number of calls over a week or so before my call was returned, and after fixing our Viking he was supposed to order a part to improve the performance of our Subzero refrig/freezer but three months later still hasn't followed through.

My experience was excellent. It was not much because it was a small repair. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of the machine. He is also very honest because he could have said that I needed a new washer and it was a small part. He went to Home Depot, got it, brought it back and installed it.

The only slight issue may have had more to do with a language barrier. I had one of the techs, after changing out our refrigerator's controller board fixing the original issue,  tell us that the problem with our ice maker was that it was confused! Now that was confusing to me! It took a bit to get to the bottom of the remark, which was that the ice maker needed to be replaced.

The repairman was punctual, professional and quick! In addition to fixing the sensor, the repairman noticed that a recall had not been done on our refrigerator, so he provided all the information we needed to get the part, and will come back to install the new part (a door hinge) once it arrives. FYI, we have a Viking refrigerator.

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service that Sami provided.  He told me that these manufacturers do not put the best parts on their products simply because they can make money off of repairs.  However, he insist (and I do believe him with the way my freezer is working) that he uses replacement part(s) that is superior to the original part that was broken simply because he believes that once a repair is done, the unit should work properly without anymore problems.  He believes in providing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.  Besides, he also believes that a repairman should not have to come back repeatedly to repair the same problem.  He truly prides himself is doing a job well done, and it shows.  He replaced the parts that truly needed replacement.  He even schooled me on the why I shouldn't get rid of my current refrigerator which is a GE.  He said that the model I have is better than the new ones that are currently in the market, even better than Subzero refrigerators since the parts that breakdown in older model refrigerators are easier to fix in these older models.  He schooled me on how my freezer works.  Sami was great to work with.

We have used Speedy Appliance repair in the past and always have had quality and professional work done. This time was no different. Mike is the consumate professional, trustworthy, pleasant and totally knowledgable about the appliances he services. Working with a service provider is like an Auto Mechanic, you have to trust them as most of the work is a blind item to the homeowner.

This particular time it was my KitchenAid dishwasher that was on the blink. I needed an entire new motor and Mike had it replaced in no time! Before buying the new motor he made an attempt to see if there was something he might do. such as seeing if there was something caught in the grinder portion of this assembly. Mike determined that the part needed to be replaced, went and got the part and replaced it in very short order.

Mike knows that customer service and reasonable prices make for return customers and referrals. I am very happy to recommend Speedy Appliance Repair to all of my friends and neighbors!

Our washing machine started making a knocking noise during the agitation cycle. We called C & A Brown to schedule someone to see what the problem was. Susan, the scheduler, called to let us know when Rich would be coming out to fix it, and he showed up right on time. Rich immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also improved the performance of our dryer. We will definitely use C & A Brown again!
