    We read about Tina's Travel Agency more than 4 years ago on Angie's list and we have been more than satisfied with her professionalism, knowledge, hard work, responsiveness and networking capabilities. What is also impressive is her willingness to go above and beyond, for example, she helped us plan for a cruise that was to have taken place in June2020 ( was cancelled due to COVID), we were interested in a particular line that she not booked passengers on prior to our request and she went out of her way to find out all about their reputation etc. and therefore we felt confident in our decisions especially since we had many other choices. If you are seeking a travel agent with integrity, and just plain "nice to work with" do not hesitate to contact Tina Erskine.

    A+! Excellent customer service, communication, and the end result repair on my RV was perfectly done. Because payment came through insurance, I didn't deal with that aspect of the transaction (Raymond just talked to the insurance company directly), so I can't speak to cost. But as far as the aspects I dealt with, I couldn't recommend RV Paint Department any more! Raymond and his team repaired fiberglass damage on my RV, installed a new ladder on the back end, and replaced several parts in the fender area (gas cap, etc.). All repairs look as good as new. Throughout the process, Raymond was extremely responsive (phone and text) and flexible in helping me understand the status of repairs and expected next steps, and coordinating with his staff so that I was able to access the RV when I needed to (even in the midst of repairs!). Thank you!

    I purchased a receiver to be installed. I was planning a vacation and wanted to put a bike rack on my vehicle. Literally planned the vacation around this, was planning on leaving the next day. When I arrived to u haul for my scheduled install. I received no explanation, just hmmm we do not have it. No apology no phone call to let me know of a need to reschedule and no email. This is horrible service. This employee only made it worse. Let me first say during the pandemic many good employees have lost their jobs and are having trouble finding employment. People who have a job should be grateful. This guy is a poor example of someone who should be representing any compony. When asked why I did not get notified it was met with no response. I do not know what to say at this point. Very disapointed and let down. To make a online reservation and pay for it. To have a scheduled date and then this. What is wrong with your company? What is wrong with your employee? Is this the best you got? Order # 28969779

    Excellent. First, setting up the appointment with Abby was easy and clear. Abby helped us decide which services best fitted our needs, the amount of time the move could take, and an approximate cost. Most importantly, we had to change the moving schedule a few days beforehand, but Abby was able to make it work. Abby sent emails that followed up on our conversation, which detailed the cost, what was to be expected, and how to best prepare for moving day. Abby also gave me the best hourly rate available - even after I found coupons online. Abby took excellent care of us through the entire process. Moreover, she called and emailed us after the move to see how everything went, and whether our expectations were met. We were happy to tell her that we couldn't be more pleased. As for the movers, Jesus Mendoza and the Crew were EXCELLENT! They were focused and had great attitudes, and they worked incredibly hard. Most importantly, they were polite, respectful, and courteous to my family. First, they arrived just after 0800 and got started right away with a walk-thru so that they can get the general idea of how they were going to organize. Jesus asked me if I had any questions or concerns, and then they got started with the move. During the move they worked efficiently and didn't waste any time. They boxed my loose items (lamps, bags, baskets, etc.) into large crates and loaded them onto the truck. They carefully, but quickly, wrapped all the furniture so that it fit neatly without stacking everything on top of it, and they took it apart and put it back together if needed. They were careful with fragile items, and I was impressed by their skilled service. After they finished loading, each team member and I walked through the house checking for anything left behind. At the new place, the guys were just as careful and efficient. They laid down a plastic "walkway" throughout the entire house, leading into each room so to not damage the wood floors or the carpet. Also, they were careful not to rub walls, counters, etc., which was so important to us. My family directed them as to where each box and piece of furniture went, and they worked in an efficient military manner putting everything in its rightful place. In the end, everything was in order and where it should be. Nothing was damaged - not even a scratch. We couldn't be more pleased. These guys worked incredibly hard. Compared to other movers in the past, they were beyond expectations, and we'll definitely use them again. I would recommend Prodigy Moving and Storage with certainty. They were excellent, and we truly appreciate their service.

    We chose two highly rated moving companies to provide bids. After leaving the particulars of our move from a staffer, Iliya from Prodigy contacted me right away and came out to look at our property and provide a bid, which he did before he left.    He also was very patient in answering all of my questions - and there were many! We divided our move into three separate moves: 1)  Two rooms of furniture and numerous boxes of belongings to go into storage at their facility  2)  The remainder of our furniture and belongings moved from Thousand Oaks to our San Diego apartment. 3)  Storage items to be moved to our home in San Diego (when we buy it) We chose Prodigy over the other company for the following reasons: 1)  Prompt service.  The other company rescheduled the estimate several times before coming over. 2)  It took several days to get the estimate from the other company, and it wasn't done in the separate steps above as I requested. 3)  The price was over 2X what Prodigy was charging. So far, Prodigy has done moves 1 and 2.  Move 3 will happen when we buy a house in San Diego County.  Iliya offered money -saving tips: 1) Use a local mover for the move from the San Diego apartment to the new home we are going to purchase instead of using them, as it would be more expensive. 2)  Some boxes and packing materials were included at no extra charge, but Iliya suggested that we go elsewhere to buy extras, as it would cost less if we did.  (We ended up going to U-Haul.) The move from our house to storage went quickly and painlessly! As for the move to San Diego, we clearly weren't ready.  Although we had planned to pack most everything ourselves, we underestimated how much stuff we had!  We decided to leave the washer, dryer and refrigerator that we originally planned to put in storage, but we still had so much more to pack.  Our crew - Ezequiel, Lalo, Lalo Jr. and David - went to work and really hustled!  Wrapping dishes and glassware, wrapping items sturdily, putting boxes together at lightning speed - they had the rest of our 2400+ square foot home's contents packed and on the truck in less than three hours! By the time I arrived at our new apartment for the walk-through, the movers were already there and waiting!  All I had to do was tell them which furniture went into which room, and they laid out the furniture in the best possible places, as by this point I was way too tired to make those decisions!  :-) In the meantime, they moved their truck several times for neighbors to get through, and were pleasant and accommodating to everyone. And the best part?  They didn't break anything.  They didn't track anything onto the carpets.  It all went as smoothly as it could, even though we weren't ready, thanks to these four guys!!!!

    We could not have asked for anything more from Prodigy. We moved from one large house to another, and Prodigy made our experience easy. They packed everything on the truck themselves without our help and even disassembled pieces such as bedframes and mounted televisions. Then they unloaded everything into our new home in exactly the places we wanted, so that entire rooms were already completely set up by the time they left. They even hooked up our washer and dryer! All we had to do was unpack! If your are thinking of moving yourself with a rental truck, please don't bother! Prodigy is so fairly priced and efficient that there is no reason to do it yourself.

    I absolutely loved their service they made the move very nicely.Constantine and his team handled my paintings w care and even built a boxed and wrapped placement for them to be fit in the truck.They arrived in a very timely manner and the service and customer service were excellent so I'd highly recommend this team to anyone!!!
