    Betty is master at using Word in preparing documents. She can do anything with Word. I could not have completed this manuscript without her help. There were multiple contributors here from people who are at the top of fields who used very different styles in submitting their inputs to the book.

    Hedy is great. She replies promptly, and is transparent about her availability and expected time to completion. The project I asked for help on included some difficult-to-discern handwriting edits, and she did an excellent job deciphering through them. If she had questions she reached out to me, which is necessary for an ongoing project, and I found her easy to work with. We did all of our work and communicating via email and telephone calls. I was traveling for part of the project (including to Asia), and we were still able to work together with no problems. I expect further work on this project and hope she will be available to assist on it and any future projects.

    These documents were prepared in June of 2015. I have since discovered that much of what was done should have been done under the supervision of an attorney. Additionally, Sabrina Aziz worked as both a paralegal and document preparer in working for us when she is allowed to only work in one capacity if working independently. The process was very fragmented, which made for a great deal of disorganization and an increased likelihood for errors to occur. Ultimately, I am now dealing with a legal matter that potentially will be unnecessarily costly, aggravating and time consuming because of how these documents were prepared.
