Called for an appt and was told that they don't take and quot;self-payand quot; patients. I asked if that was true even for a second opinion, and was told yes. So no matter how good the facility is, they won't see you for a second opinion or if you want to pay out of pocket!

They have great customer service. It's a good, calm atmosphere and they are very helpful. I've been doing physical therapy for my back and they are very helpful. They are really good at what they do, there are a lot of different exercises and stretches and activities they do with you and teach you how to do at home. I see them work with people at all different levels of mobility and different kinds of injuries and they are great.

Scheduling Though I had problems up front with Dr. Nottingham's office because they will not even talk to you until your adjustor approves the visit, once this was done, WOW!!! Oh my goodness! I had an appointment within a week. Due to my ignorance, I failed to understand that my apt. was in a week (APR) and put down the next month (MAY)), so the next week I received a call from their office asking me if I was going to make my apt. I am bedridden and had 4 kids and my wife was getting our van fixed, so I just started crying because I knew that I would lose my benefits. They rescheduled for June, but the deadline was May 17. I decided to call them back the next week to see if they could work me in and they DID! Appointment The apt. went AWESOME! The staff is ok, though I was not very impressed with the Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Nottingham is extremely thorough and intelligent. Unlike all physicians prior to him (including surgeons), he did not merely take the Radiologist report for granted, but rather actually reviewed the MRI films and took more x-rays. He made a new diagnosis, made me and my wife feel much better and sent us on our way. Followup After the appointment, Dr. Nottinghams office had their Nurse Practitioner write up the report, though she only spent five minutes with me and had no idea what we discussed. The report had numerous errors on it to include listing me as a physician, adding surgeries in years that I did not have them, and other issues. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years and it is the worst report I have ever reviewed. In addition to all of the errors, it failed to address the major issue that it had to address and that was the opinion of the Department of Labor physician. I had communicated with their Office Manager who is really nice, but did not do anything to help me. So, I was given an ultimatum by my adjustor to have a report that conflicts with the previous physician or lose my benefits. So, I called their office in a panic and was told that the Nurse Practitioner would do it. So, I called her on a Monday and she told me that she would do it. I called her back on Thursday prior to the deadline and found out that she had not done the work and was out for the rest of the week. YIKES! This is where Dr. Nottingham graciously stepped in and, on his own time wrote a letter for me himself. It was perfect and was exactly what I needed. Endnote Dr. Nottingham did all of this for almost no compensation because he transferred my care to a surgeon at UCSF. I would highly recommend him and his talents in and out of the surgical suite.

It could not have went any better. His bedside manner was wonderful. He was very personable with, not only my daughter, but myself and my wife. Our entire experience with Dr. Korsh and the clinic was terrific. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is knowledgeable and very kind. He is amazing and took time with us. We didn't feel rushed at all. He gave my husband a lot of information. He was detail oriented and discussed the pros and cons. He gave us a lot of knowledge that we didn't have before. He listened and did not talk down to us. He encouraged questions and had patience with us. He had great recommendations for a physical therapist. He is a quality physician.

    Reynolds, Dr. James B
Dr. Reynolds is one of the most respected spine surgeons in the Bay Area because of the care with which he treats his patients. He did not disappoint me. His integrity is the first thing you notice about him. He was the first surgeon who advised me I am not a candidate for spine surgery. He was honest with me about why. He was perhaps a little too gentle with me on my prognosis, which was a devastating one. In my last appointment with him, he with great passion spoke from personal experience about the need for strengthening and good posture. This was the only ray of hope that anyone had given me, and it was the one thing that has made it possible for me to recover. I am grateful to Dr. Reynolds for his care.

He takes a great deal of time with his patients. He is an old-fashioned doctor that treats the patient with great care. He is one of the few doctors that does prolotherapy.

    Hsu, Dr. Kenneth
I like him. He is professional. He is responsive. He has good bedside manner and I would absolutely see him if I have a back problem. The only thing is that he is not available at all times but that is not his fault.
