  I can only say one thing: Wow! I started shopping around for landscaping for my backyard 2 months ago. Right from the introduction to planning to execution to 'yet to finish and I have no doubts on it now', it has been a breeze. Lucas, the project manager, is super awesome! Starting from walking through the project requirements to discussing options, he has been super flexible. He explains things really well and his management/supervisory skills are too good. He makes sure to visit every day to ensure the crew is on track, the materials are in place and to check whether I am aligned with how the project has shaped up and if any changes are needed. I was skeptical on how the design would actually look on my backyard, but, I am super impressed with how things have shaped up. I am getting a combination of pavers, garden bed, water feature, turf...... done and I always like people when they understand the job requirement and are precise about it. The best thing I have been noticing right from the beginning is the attention to detail by Lucas and his crew. Furthermore, the work itself speaks to the experience. Overall, a great decision and I will remember the experience with enjoying the backyard with my family for a long time. Thanks Lucas (The project manager)! Thanks Michael and crew (The onsite crew)!   I was fortunate to have had an outstanding team with Patrick, Lucas and Yasmany for my project. My project was large consisting of a paver observation deck, stairs and bocce ball court constructed on a hillside. The work turned out beautiful and I'm glad that I followed their recommendations. It was not without its bumps on my side and theirs but their willingness to continue to focus on the end goal and communicate the good, bad and ugly was appreciated. You will find System Pavers to be professional, diligent, organized and communicative. Overall, I am very pleased that I selected them to do the work.

  Michael Hotti was our design consultant and helped us explore everything we needed to make our new patio/walkway just what we wanted. William Cortney was our project manager, and I can attest to his very capable management of our entire project. He was very careful to communicate exactly what was happening, was available with answers to any questions and left nothing unfinished.One thing I really appreciated was that the project site was left very tidy at the end of each day, and very clean at the end of the project. After every other project, there is always a leftover few things that I have to clean up, such as mounds of dirt or scraps of wires etc. But every inch of the project site was clean and ready to use. Thank you to System Pavers for making our dream a reality.

  Joubert Services

  Joubert did a fantastic and quick job paving over 550 sq. Ft of my back yard and narrow side yard. He did all the work in less than 2 and a half days. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the work went. Joubert and crew always work as quickly as possible. One thing that I really appreciate about Joubert is that he looks for ways to reduce the cost of the work. I had suggested the we put some of the pavers on an angle and Joubert said that he’d be happy to do that. But as he started he realized that the cuts to make the edges straight would greatly increase the time it would take to finish. He showed me a small patch and what it would look like and I saw that didn’t look much different, so we went with the straight install and it looks fantastic. The picture I included shows the paving just after completion before the final sweep to remove the excess sand. I hire Joubert for many kinds of work including creative projects like custom brick fence footings, a narrow shelf for storage above the opened garage door, or the conversion of under bed drawers to a rolling pull out trundle bed. I’ve worked with Joubert for many years since he saved my back patio door from the damage that another contractor had done by blowing sand into the tracks. I couldn’t close the door. I looked on line and found Joubert’s services. Joubert came out immediately on a Saturday night and cleaned up the door so we could close and lock it properly. Joubert’s readily available, shows up on time, finished the job quickly, and at the best cost I’ve found.

  My father had a heart attack and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needed quadruple bypass.  I hopped on a plane from San Francisco with my 2 kids and arrived at my parents house in NJ and I really couldn't get over the state of the house when I arrived.  Clearly my father has been sick for quite some time and allowed the house to deteriorate.  There was flooding water sitting on the foundation of the back of house due to lack of gutters, paint peeling off everywhere, and the front steps were missing bricks and a hazard to all that would walk up them.  I did a quick google search and found Magnolia Home Remodeling and Vic came out the next day for a quote.  Vic could not have been a more compassionate, accommodating, wonderful guy!  He was so understanding and told me he would have the job done in 5 days and was true to his word.  As soon as I gave him the green light and picked the color, the crew came in and completed the job before my dad got home from the hospital as promised.  They did beautiful work and my mom, dad, and myself could not be more pleased with the outcome.  Vic was superb to work with--I texted him all kind of questions and he got back to me in an instant and would pick up the phone every time I called.  I highly recommend using Magnolia and we are actually going to get a few more things done to the house (windows. some cement patio/sidewalks and driveway) in a few months when things settle down with my dad and we look forward to seeing Vic and his great crew again.

  Caledonia plastering &stucco

  Caledonia Plastering & Stucco did an excellent job. They broke out existing stucco and used high quality paper and wire. The area surrounding my main electric panel was made water tight. Then they applied new stucco and it matches the 50 year old stucco perfectly. I'm very happy and confident the workmanship will last.
