$15 was my copay for an office visit w/ lung & skin testing payments vary according to coverage (e.g. how much do you or your company pay for premiums each month?). There was no charge for any of the email follow-up. When you call this office, you do not get routed to a far away call center. Either the receptionist is there/available or she s not. Leave a message and they do call back.

    Steven J. Simonte M.D. - Advanced Allergy & Asthma
I've seen Dr. Simonte for a few years now and he's always been incredibly thorough.   He spends a TON of time with his patients (probably about 40 minutes with me), and he is really holistic in his approach.  He gives you a lot of information about many things (air filter, my emergency inhaler, the potential risks behind neti pots & using boiled water, etc), and he was really open to my comments and preferences about medicines, etc.  Really easy to work with his staff too - allergy shots are a breeze here with 2 nurses doing shots, and their office handles all my refills automatically with Duane Reade.  Huge fan of Dr. Simonte's practice.

They have different facilities that specialize in different areas. What stands out to me about them is their service. I would recommend signing up for them.

The office was quiet and the staff seemed very friendly. The Doctor was VERY good about not rushing the first appointment. He listened (and considered) all the different issues and came up with a game plan based on the data. It did NOT appear that he was doing the and quot;one size fits alland quot;. I was a bit concerned about the and quot;if the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nailand quot; and he'd want to go with full throttle allergy testing, but he didn't think it was warranted. The office itself is in a decent location with adequate parking next to the building. The inside was a bit dated (looked very 80's). But it's not worn down, just a bit dated. A little crowded in some of the auxiliary / testing rooms, but the exam rooms were fine and the office as a whole was clean. Certainly nothing that indicated anything that would compromise care. I had to wait only a few minutes to be seen for 2 different visits. Quite acceptable. I was able to get an appointment reasonably close to when I called - again nice. and quot;Worstand quot; part was that I never saw a bill for my first visit. It was just rolled forward into a second bill with no detail. Overall the doctor was slow, measured and unhurried. Just like and quot;the old daysand quot; - and the way you'd want your doctor to always be. I was very pleased with him.

    Kushnir, Dr. Nataliya
I went to Dr. Kushnir in the summer of 2010 with odd allergy symptoms and feeling miserable. I was tested thoroughly and began allergy shots. Now, a year later I feel soooo much better.

He's been very helpful and very sympathetic to my problems, even though it's been very difficult to manage and diagnose, I appreciate that he's been concerned about my welfare.

She is very impressive and proactive. I find her very clear and professional. She is good at explaining things and making suggestions. She gives us room to also put in our input and is willing to talk about alternative treatments.

They said that I would have to wait and they said they called me, but I did not hear them, so I could not get the skin testing that day. I don?t know what happened, but there was a communication breakdown. The person at desk told me to go and wait and it had a big window and I did not feel comfortable there. They said I did not respond when they called me. I could not find chair near the desk, so I was down the hall a little bit and I did not hear them calling me. Whatever it was, I wasn?t happy with it. I had a follow-up appointment and that went fine. They have good parking and since I have a handicapped placard, so the parking and service was free and I thought that it was a good feature. They are difficult to get an appointment with like most doctors. Some parts of the office environment were better than others.

    Engler, Dr. Andrew C
After having gone to two other allergists over a period 5+ yrs, this is the first doctor who discussed a plan to treat (get rid of) the allergies and not just treat symptoms. It will take a few more years to know if the treatments have worked, but we are hopeful. He and his nurses are patient and thorough. They provided research articles on the treatments. I was very impressed with the info and organization of the practice. Have already referred others to them. Am more than satisfied.

    Demeo, Dr. Anthony
My experience with the doctor was fine. His knowledge about alternatives for what I have got is average.
