ASean came out and did an estimate. We had gotten 4. They were honest and their price was fair, they communicated great and they were there when they were supposed to be. They ripped off the old roof, replaced with a new shingle roof and also added gutter guards. Our roof looks fantastic! Would definitely use again. Top notch A+++.

I had multiple quotes for this job and I chose Simply because their price was reasonable, and they have been around for many years. Our consultant, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the system would work and answering all my questions. ANeeded a new roof and relied on Angie's list. Ocean Seven Builders always came out on top and now I know why. Could not have been easier. No high pressure. Just the facts presented so we could make our own decision. Scheduling was fine, always kept us in the loop. Crew was professional, careful not to damage anything like plants, etc. and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. Love our new roof. Very happy with their service.
