I met him at the house and told him that we wanted to move our gate and needed to know where we could move it. He found the one remaining "monument" and calculated all the other locations from that. FRainwater Construction INCso far going well We feel that he is trying to jack up the prices with work that we do not need done. He has not been pleasant to work with and I get the feeling that he does not like working with women. His son and his assitant have been on time and have been doing good work. UPDATE He fired a fellow who was speaking Spanish to my grandson and telling him all of the things the man is doing wrong. The owner told me that I owe them $20,000 more. I told him that I already paid them and that his son already cashed the check. After they realized I knew that, they stopped asking me. When I was paying the for the concrete work he told the company to stop accepting my checks and that they should go directly to him. They were installing the wrong wiring to begin with and they downsided my wiring. If I had not had a qualified electrician come look at it they could have burnt down the garage. Update: The member had wiring placed in the home which was done incorrectly and was not up to code. The provider layed piping incorrectly. Also put wiring in the concrete which was not up to code. Also the provider was in the home went through the doggie door and out the front door. He was their unscheduled. He had to walk through the whole house to get out the front door.- marjorie f.
