AAffordable Air & HeatingFinally, a company that cares about their customers. Jeremee came to look at my old wall heater and see if it could be fixed. He took the time to look through everything and thank God he did. He checked for CO and sure enough it was emitting that. He said we needed a new wall heater which I agreed. I received a reasonable quote. This morning right on time Tony and Francisco arrived. They put in my beautiful new wall heater and thermostat. All my questions were answered and everything about what they did, what they put in etc was explained to me. I have not seen a company put forth so much extra attention to details in forever. This is the only company I will be using and if you are reading this please do not waste your time on any other company. Affordable Air Inc is the only company worth your time.- Michelle C.

ACOMFORT SOLUTIONS INCFurnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit.- Bill H.

AEcono-West Heating & Air IncAfter checking reviews on multiple A/C and heating companies, I chose to go with Econo West due to positive reviews and military discount. My A/C was not working and it was found that my circuit board needed to be replaced. After receiving quote from Econo, I called multiple other A/C companies and got similar or higher quotes. They completed the work in a few hours and then have me a military discount of 10%. The work was impeccable and the Technicians were very polite.. The big reason for the 5 star review is a few weeks later the weather got really cold and I tried turning my Heater on and it wouldn't ignite. They certified my A/C system but did not check my heating system. I called and was told that they don't normally check another system when doing repairs but they agreed that sometimes a electrical issue could cause issues with the heating system. Econo West sent out 2 techs within a few days and replaced a part and labor for free and really didn't have too! Complete separate issue but still did not charge us due to the hassle. I had another heating company come check the issue before Econo came and they said it was the same part. They are honest and fair with pricing but best of all they do the RIGHT thing. -Michael D, Lancaster, CA- Michael D.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

ASo great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
