FThis company does not respond to you. They lie, they tried installing a system we did not pay for (the cheaper one). My power went out a few times. They are obviously doing illegal practices. They installed it one way and turned on the system before the inspector came out. When he came out they remotely turned my system off (aren’t suppose to run your solar until approved) and Once he left they came back and switched it back to a way that would not pass inspection. Received a bill a month later, Danielle (POC) said it was before system was installed, it was not. After not receiving a message back from her for a week or two she says my system WAS NOT ON! That was a month and a Half ago, my system is still not on, have no heard on when they plan on turning it on. I was told that it was on even before the inspector came. I contacted them in August 2019 and this job is still not done as of June 2020. Horrible company, horrible customer service!

AI had an old laptop that I couldn’t turn on. It had suffered liquid damage and was going to cost more than the device itself. They were able to save the data and move it to a flash drive for me at a reasonable price and then recycled my dead laptop for free.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

ANeeded a new roof and relied on Angie's list. Ocean Seven Builders always came out on top and now I know why. Could not have been easier. No high pressure. Just the facts presented so we could make our own decision. Scheduling was fine, always kept us in the loop. Crew was professional, careful not to damage anything like plants, etc. and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. Love our new roof. Very happy with their service.
