BMD Construction, Mario MarronMario, Ricardo and Gilbert were very personable. The old drywall was replaced, new water barrier black paper with tar was glued on the problematic wall; new wall insulation was replaced due to damaged from exterior water leak. A new baseboard/ molding was replaced and painted. The old microwave was replaced with a range hood is a plus! The second day project patching the water damage on the ceiling and walls were done as expected. A perfect score of A would be nice but there no such thing as perfect. B would be near perfect and will give room for improvement such as clean up on residues and other minor details. The financier of this projects feels the total cost was near perfect. ATracy and his crew did a fantastic job repaintinf the entire interior of our newly purchased 2700 sq foot house. Kitchen, bathrooms, all doors and trims, everything looks clean and sharp. Tracy was very easy to communicate with, gave excellent recommendations and took our preferences into account. They finished the job in 3.5 days showed up early every day and worked hard to fit our moving timeline. They paid very close attention to details; his crew took off all window shades and blinds, removed outlet covers and light mounts when possible to paint everything as completely as possible. I was very impressed with their precision on trim work and cutting in, the house looks fantastic. All of this was very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him and his crew again or recommend their services to any family and friends.

ASo great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.
