They are professional and they did some things that I didn't bring the machine in there for but they spotted some things that needed repair. They solved an issue the first time that another company hadn't done. I don't know how their prices relate to the rest of the field. It wasn't an emergency issue and we discussed that ahead of time. They do sell some items, but they do reconditioned items for like trimmer, it is not that they stock anything. So, if you need something they do have them there.
