I lost a REALLY good cleaning lady because she changed professions and got a full-time job. I was so stressed and sad. I hired someone else in town, and it was a ripoff. It was so expensive, and after the first few times of cleaning, she got really lazy. They would skip big things like my shower walls. Never once cleaned the floorboards. Anyway, I fired her. FThey did not show. After my scheduled 1:00PM service was late, I checked my phone and noticed that they had cancelled 23 minutes prior to arrival time. ALSO - they rescheduled my appointment without consulting me at all. NOTE: I had cancelled other errands to be here for the cleaning team at the scheduled time. I did this because it was their first time at our home. This is SO unprofessional. How Angie's List had them rated as an 'A' is befuddling, considering there have been no reviews for the company. Maybe it's because they never show to their appointments(?) so they can't be reviewed.

DEdith came to our newly purchased house, I showed her around the vacant house and discussed the work we wanted done. She gave me a quote of $433, with $120 of that being specifically to do the windows inside and out. After a few hours they promised to be back the following day to finish the outside of the windows. I paid them in full and then it took Victor over a week to come do a lousy job on the windows. (I seen him outside but after looking at the work I dont really know what he was doing) He clearly did not remove any of the screens. I still see spider webs and dead flies between the screens and windows. I spoke with Edith and got a lame excuse about hard water stains? NEVER pay a company for the work before its complete. I should have known better. I suggest you use a different company. Edith and Victor: the outside of my windows are still dirty if you'd like to come by and make this right. - Megan
