AThe Pocket DoctorVery well. He arrived about 9:00 am and stayed until approximately 7:00 pm. The door would no longer open correctly and would not close all the way. Typically the wall must be opened to access the track and rollers and I was not willing to do so. The pocket doctor has tools to allow for track removal/installation without opening up the wall. He removed the trim on one side to allow for door removal. When it was removed he identified the problem with the track and replaced it along with new rollers. He reassembled the door, but was not satisfied with how it worked, so he disassembled it again. He found another problem with the track and fixed it. The door now works perfectly and the work was done without opening up the door.- Dana M.

ACooper Window & DoorWe recently purchased our Dream Home. The first thing we needed to do was replace all of our windows and 3 of our doors. We contacted Kevin and Amber with Cooper Window and Door after a Google search and reading the reviews of their business. Amber returned our call within the day we left a message and we scheduled an appointment. At our scheduled appointment, Kevin and Amber took all the measurements of all of our windows and our doors, explained the benefits of the windows (with an actual window not just a brochure - that was Awesome) and the doors they were recommending. They then reviewed the process with us - when we would receive a quote, how long it would take from purchase date to install date, etc. We felt comfortable and confident with Kevin and Amber from the start. Their communication was exceptional – all happened just as they told us it would. We even benefited from being moved up in their schedule! Throughout each phase, they were up front, direct and honest. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions, no matter how trivial. They both went several “extra miles” answering our questions, sharing their experience, offering suggestions when asked and just helping us make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted to make our Dream Home exceptional. The installation process was flawless. They asked us what we would like installed first and immediately went to work. It took just the time they scheduled with us, they paid attention to all the details and cleaned up when they were finished – so well, in fact, that we did not even know they worked the days they were at our home. Kevin and Amber’s professionalism, personality, attention to detail and responsiveness was OUTSTANDING!!! They far exceeded our expectations! ASchatz Construction and RestorationI had an excellent experience with Jeff. All work was completed to my approval. The siding crew went above & beyond my expectations. ACooper Window & DoorI initially had Cooper Window & Door replace the 6 front windows and a side garage door at my home to update the look and curb appeal to help in the pre-planned sale of my home. I began the process by replacing 2 windows at a time. Kevin Cooper came to my home, took accurate measurements, answered any questions, and kept me posted of the progress while waiting for the ordered windows to arrive. During each installation, Kevin and his assistants were punctual, neat, and professional. As summer began, I decided to finish 20 more windows and a sliding glass door. Kevin returned and took accurate measurements, answered questions I had, and gave suggestions and recommendations. I discussed doing a prairie grid on the remaining windows to match the ones I had done on the front. The design of the windows turned out great, and I got lots of compliments from friends. I was also amazed at the reasonable cost for the 20 windows and sliding door. We began the installation on the Fourth of July. Due to the amount of windows and glass door, it would take 6 days to complete the installation. Kevin, along with his assistant Kai, were punctual, professional, and worked in a timely manner to complete the projected daily list of windows needing to be installed. After completion, I was very impressed with the windows and the work completed. The Simonton windows and the work of Cooper Window & Door made my home look new and more energy efficient. They are much easier to open, clean, and have improved the value of my home. I was very impressed with Kevin and Kai and the work they did. I recalled a previous worker telling me how meticulous Kevin is in the work he does, and it shows. He always kept areas neat and tidy and picked up at the end of each day. Several of my older windows were picture glass windows, which had to be broken out in order to be removed. Broken glass was alway carefully removed, and tarps were laid down for protecting my property and home. Kevin also went above and beyond and did extra things like fix my front door from rubbing and install a door a painter forgot. During this time, I had several other construction and home improvement projects completed. Cooper Window & Door was, by far, the least stressful and the most reliable and dependable of them all. If you are in need of replacing doors and windows in your home and want someone who does exceptional work, I highly recommend Cooper Window & Door. Because of their great work and Simonton windows, I have decided to stay in my home and enjoy the view.- Thomas M.
