They came out and measured. I looked through booklets of all kinds of blinds. I selected the blinds I wanted for the kitchen and the bedroom.

They are a retail shop. I thought the price was expensive. The quality was really good, but I do have a problem with the cord lock. They are guaranteed for seven years, so they ordered the wrong part. The right part has been ordered, so I'm waiting on that. They are taking kind of a long time. They were responsive, it's just taking a long time. I had to schedule them three times. I would recommend them. The people that came out were really great. They were the ones that sold it to me and helped me make the decisions. They were really good. Where I have problems is with the independent contractor that works for 3 Day Blinds; the one that does the repair. The installer was really good. He gave me lots of tips about the installation.

I had a sliding door cloth blind replaced as the mechanism died after 35 years of use.

Made appointment. They were on time, quick, and professional. Work was completed in a little over two weeks as it had to be custom made. Appointment to install took all of 15 minutes. No fuss, no bother, no hassles, just what a company is supposed to do.

I have used 3- Day Blinds in the past to dress bedroom and kitchen windows with wooden blinds. This most recent experience was to purchase draperies for my living room and dining room. The customer service was excellent from my appointment with the designer to select fabric all the way through the process to installation.

Every person with whom I worked at 3- Day Blinds was professional, prompt, friendly and competent. Very good experience.

They put in wood blinds.

It was fine. They were here April of 2014. The workers were fine. I'm really not that pleased with the blinds because they're a little on the chintzy side, they're not good quality. The price was reasonable I just thought I was going to get more for my money. The servicemen were very good.

They put up blinds in my kitchen and also my bathroom.

It was good. We had some problems with installation and being a little bit slow. Other than that, they were good. I think the price was a little high. Their overall turn around time needs to be improved.

Replaced wooden mini blinds with the fabric (paper) ones, removed dusty curtains and put up wooden vertical blinds.

Fabulous job.
