We offer small group personal training. Based on the goal of each client, we tailor an individualized meal plan, resistance training program, cardiovascular program, and we provide the proper accountability to achieve one's goal. We ensure that all clients are working to their appropriate fitness level and that the risk of injury is greatly reduced. We can't work people intensely before they are assessed properly and their structural needs are attended to.
We don't currently offer one on one personal training. From time to time, clients may train one on one, but it really depends on the day and time of the training. The demands of said time are also a factor in how many people are training at a given time.
