    In short, it went poorly. Their crew completed the work we agreed upon however they pieced together different types of siding because it was all that was available at Home Depot and the overall lack of quality workmanship was apparent. So I let the owner Scott know and he got very defensive saying that he was trying to do me a favor putting other jobs off and now he's going to get screwed and won't be able to make payroll if I didn't pay my bill. Wow! Receiving that email was when I realized what type of contractor I was dealing with. Of course I was going to pay my bill, and I did, just expected a certain level of professional workmanship as any homeowner would. So, after an email reply (I was never able to talk with him over the phone) he had his crew return the following morning. They again tried to repair and I'm hopeful that the leak issue has been resolved but as far as aesthetics, there is no arguing many compromises were made by the crew. One of the siding panels they replaced continued to peel away from the house so after multiple attempts to repair it the final fix they made was to heavily apply caulk to hold it down. It is very visible and does not look good to say the least. Photo of the final work product is attached. I have still not heard from Scott after several recent texts which was his preferred method of communication. It says that he is licensed but that is not true. I will say that Cody was nice when I met him once as were the two crewmembers, can't say as much for the work product. In hindsight, the cost savings was not worth the experience and certainly not the end result of the work done. I hope your experience is different if you choose to hire them.

    The job Weber Builders did was amazing. The crew is respectful and knowledgeable. Weber Builders was immediately responsive to my call. Because of health reasons, I needed to sell my home. It was 28 years old and in need of updates and modernization for sale. I had put it on the market with no movement. Laryn and Peggy listened to all my requests; it was obvious they know the Design and Remodeling Business. They worked with me to suggest the best items to give me the biggest return for my budget. Weber Builders crew of 5 are extremely experienced workers and work well together. It is obvious they are trained by the owner Laryn Weber. Laryn has an eye for detail and keeps his crew���s work in line with his requirements for high quality. It was nice to know I didn���t need to think about all the little details. The job was complete on schedule and budget. I listed my home at a higher price; it sold quickly at a good price. Communication with Laryn and Peggy is easy. I recommend Weber Builders for any of your needs.

    Robert has great reviews on here this review will be the same.  He was very responsive to my requests and offered several fair priced, quality options for my repair. His work was high quality while at the same time, completed in one day.  Robert is very conscientious about making sure the job is done right.  He was very respectful of the work area constantly keeping it clean, especially when he was finished.  He was also able to add an outlet installation to the job at a very reasonable price.

    Very happy with the quality of work and honesty.  The dry rot looked pretty bad and estimate was a guess because he wasn't really sure how bad things were going to be until he really go in there and started tearing out the bad siding.  Turned out to not be as bad as he thought and refunded me a couple of hundred bucks...

    I cannot say enough good things about Reliable Home Improvement.! They not only did what they said on time & at the price they quoted, but they went way above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact with was professional & concerned that I was pleased with every aspect of the job. From the person who did the quote, to the project manager, to the head installer, his crew, to the owner of the company, they were in contact with me throughout the project to make sure I was informed and satisfied. The head installer asked me on several occasions to look at the work done and tell him if there was onything I had concerns about. There were a couple of small issues I voiced concern over and they were immediately remedied. One day he asked me to look at the gable vents and tell him what I thought. I told him they would not have been my first choice, but that they were OK as I realized they were an odd shape. He seemed fine with my decision, but later I found him making new vents. He said he could not got home and sleep knowing that the vents were not the best they could be and so he was making customs vents that would look good on the house! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I also had some talavera light fixtures and fountain I was unsure of how to hang on the new siding. He figured out how to secure them AND hung them for me.There is not enough space here to tell all of the "little" things that were done....washing the siding with soap & water, moving a stack of floor tile, taking my garbage can to the street, taking a little time to play with my dog, cleaning up all of the debris, redoing something that didn't meet THEIR standards, the list goes on and on.  It is rare to find a company that understands what customer service really is. They treated my house as if it were their own and I was a valued family member. There are a lot of companies that say they have customer service, but my experience is that all the others are "big hat no cattle." They don't hold a candle to Reliable Home Improvement. For customer service, Reliable Home Improvement is the real deal.

    reframed the window exteriors, caulked the windows and primed the bare siding.  They offered to paint, but I was not ready for that.
    How did it go????
    The initial callback was very quick, estimate date/time as scheduled, work day right on time (I wasn't there the first day because of work), but all was clean and 50% complete when I got home.  The second day, they were right on time, clean, efficient and completed right on time.
    In addition, he had a tile guy scheduled for another job, but could gain access to the house.  I happened to have tile and materials to replace my entry.  He gave me a great deal and his guy knocked the job out the same day.  So...I have a new, secure, water-tight wall AND new entry tile.  Gotta love that!
    His crew is professional, yet comfortable to be around...but not "overly" comfortable.  The just-right mix.  I plan on using the crew again for my "list" of repairs.

    I have a tile roof and rain would leak between the gutter and facia in the corners. I had 4 contractors give me an estimate. Jeff was the 2nd most expensive but the only one that I felt adequately addressed the problem I was having. He showed up when scheduled and did the job in the time he said it would take to complete. I would use his services again if I have the need.

    Sentry Pro Roofing and Restoration
    Company did not show up when they said they would. Had to make several calls to get them to come.  Did not do the entire job at one time.Had to call them several more times to come out and complete the job. After the job was complete it was discovered that they did a poor job. There were gaps and holes in the siding that my son on a visit from California repaired. I had been calling the company for weeks to come and repair but got no response to my messages. While my son was here he noticed that the siding up by the roof line by the garage was coming off. This was supposed to be new siding installed by Sentry Pro. The wind was apparently breaking it loose. I called Sentry Pro at their Houston and San Antonio office numbers many times and called the "Senior Project Manager" Jay Tolbert on his cell phone numerous times, leaving a message and finally talked to a person in the San Antonio office on Friday April 18, 2014. That person said someone would be out within 48 hours to repair the siding. No one showed up and several more calls were made leaving messages for a return call and telling them the siding was getting worse. No one called back. I finally had a friend that was a handyman get up on the roof of the garage and repair the siding going to the house before it all came down. That cost me $100.00. I still have heard nothing from Sentry Pro. I am an 85 year old widow living on my own. These people seem to take advantage of people like me. Several of my neighbors had hail damage at the same time and Sentry Pro did work for some of them. They had the same type of problems. My son is writing this review because he saw the reroof and repair job on his trip here from California. He is also computer literate which I am not.

    Excellent experience from quote to job completion. Very professional and prompt. Kept in communication constantly about job status and actually started early. Handled pre-painting repairs very well. Perryman did much better job of siding/dry rot repair than the gen. contractor I had previously hired. Perryman was faster and lower priced than the contractor. Paint job was perfect, color match was perfect..They were quick, clean and did an excellent job for an excellent price. I highly recommend Perryman Painting.

    Randy and Ryan, his son, are an incredible team. Randy came to my home by himself the first time to write up a proposal, but he told me very soon into the visit that he wanted Ryan to have a look before we got too far into it. So we walked around the house, starting the tour with the large crack in the high wall just below the beam, a thin zigzag creeping slowly down toward the stair case, ending with a prolonged examination of the balcony floor from the perspective of a ladder in the garage with and peek holes in the plaster, its slider, its drains, its history. Randy got his flashlight and spent forty minutes there.The biggest thing I noticed about him during that first walk through was his skill at listening. This must have been near the end of May, 2013.
    I had talked with a few other general contractors, one of whom actually prepared a detailed and  well-documented proposal several thousand dollars above R&R's contractual bid which I considered seriously. I learned much about the house and about its maintenance from this process. I noticed, however, that Randy spent much more of his time listening and answering my questions, much less of it telling me what I should or should not do, as competitors had done. When I asked him for options or suggestions, he gave them freely, and he weighed the pros and cons.
    Ryan's inspection of the job was revealing. I could see immediately that he wasn't taking anything for granted. By that, I mean he was looking at everything  to see the work through the eyes of the guy who would climb the ladder and swing the hammer. We can't say enough about Ryan, his work ethic, his skills, his talents, his breadth of knowledge from ceiling fans to sliding glass doors. He is truly a perfectionist, adept at listening just like his dad. One thing about R&R that makes it outstanding--both Randy and Ryan do much of the work.
    We put our furniture in a POD in the driveway on June 10, using another Angie's List moving company (A Better Move--a great outfit in its own right). Randy started the job on Thursday, spending Thursday and Friday tearing off siding and looking at the depth of the dry rot (we weren't in too bad shape). On Monday Ryan and Brandon (Brandon is another high-caliber guy--everyone Randy brought into the job was phenomenal) began in earnest. They started on the backside of the house, ripping off bad siding and trim, replacing the siding, using pressure-treated fir for the trim. Randy had Jack Hale install the laminate floor in our loft (Jack is a visual artist in laminate--use him if you want some laminate installed). The old carpet came out, the new came in on one Thursday. Tracy painted and painted and painted (Tracy is an artist, too, a careful and patient and precise painter who is a master calker). 
    Randy and Ryan are fine people in addition to be excellent workers. They made sure that they picked up to the extent possible each day. They swept up, and they were sensitive to our needs (helping us get the furniture out of the POD and back in the house as early as possible, for example). All of the subcontractors and Randy, Ryan, and Brandon were just plain nice people--friendly, trustworthy (we never worried about the house when we had to leave).
    Randy is very responsive to texts and emails as well--sometimes it is easier to contact him via text than via phone, but he is very accessible on the phone, too. I texted him with daily updates through a lot of the work, and he was highly responsive to my questions and concerns. Once he even texted me about a topic and asked if I had any questions or concerns.
    The POD is long gone, the furniture back in place, pictures back up on the walls. Randy was just here an hour or so ago to do the final odd things--put down a piece of quarter round between the new carpet and the slider (Ryan didn't like the gap there), water test the balcony (drum roll...), button up the plaster holes in the garage ceiling under the balcony, do just a tad bit more calking. Last thing he said to me as he walked out of the garage was "Just let me know if you have any problems."
    Would my wife and I hire this amazing hands on planner and his  masterful son again? In a heartbeat. (I'm sure we have not seen the last of R&R :) These people are the best!
