All went as promised; door lock functions like new. Inspection indicated serpentine belt was worn so I replaced that too. Nice checklist of items to watch that may need service in the future, but not an immediate need. These guys have serviced my truck and two other cars. I consider them very trustworthy

Could not be more happy with the job they did on both the tint and the clear wrap. From the estimate through the installation Saturday's was great. They are very meticulous, however work long days so you don't have to be without your car very long.

I ended up not doing it, because there was a discrepancy with my extended warranty they say I owe a $100 and I don't think I owe anything I waited for 2 and half hours. They were suppose to get me in contact with a financial person, and they couldn't do it. And I had my 1 year old with and i said forget it and I left. I got so frustrated with them I just left and I don't want to deal with them again. I'm going to go to the other local dealership in the area.  I've used them bunch of times and I've never had big repairs, this wasn't a big repair always before it was oil changes and stuff like that. It was a real big pain.

They blew up my car. I didn't have that much mileage on my car it was like 60,000. The thing was it was an old Taurus but they put hot water in a hot car. I called up all these places and nobody took care of it. All the consumers and everywhere like that I called everywhere but I couldn't prove anything. It started heating up I did a bunch of work with them so I told them to check everything and they didn't. All of a sudden the water pump was broken and it started heating up so I went over there. They threw a bunch of water in there and blew up my engine. I had to go buy a new car. I was hoping my car would have lasted a few more years. I had a new paint job, new tires and I went over there and they told me something was wrong with the front end so I paid them for that and told them to make sure everything works right so I don't have to come back that I don't have a lot of money. Somehow the water pump had been broken. I didn't need the extra expense. I went in there and the guys were kind of weird. You know when you get that weird feeling. I just didn't like the guys that were kind of weird.  I had a bad feeling that they might have done something. Their management could have been better. They could have hired different people. There was one guy that yelled from the back to tell me that I needed new tires that one was going to blow so I went out and bought all new tires too. He was the only honest guy there. I would tell anybody not to go there. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more to find out what is wrong with it. I thought they were crooked. They were fast.

Honda Service Outlet did not replace the front crank seal although it was charged for on the invoice. Apparently, they applied a "shady mechanic" stop gap fix that didn't work. Replaced seal was returned as evidence. Additionally, any reputable mechanic will replace the belt tensioner, water pump and all seals while the front of the engine is disassembled for timing belt replacement. Parts are inexpensive compared to labor. Honda Service Outlet did none of that. I have been trying to get Honda Service Outlet to pay for the successful repair. Leo initially stated he would see what he could do but has since failed to return my calls or answer emails. Leo states the repair was accomplished before he took ownership even though he was the agent who took in the repair and invoiced the job. There is a "history" regarding ownership of Honda-Acura Service Outlet. Leo Allen (aka Muhammed Ali - owner) is a smooth talker who tries to talk his way out of being accountable for the fraudulent and substandard work performed by Honda Service Outlet. Don't be fooled by the presentation. Results count and this result was unacceptable. This used to be a reputable service and repair shop before it changed hands. Now, Leo owns the shop and does not deserve the reputation that preceded his tenure. I want them to pay the bill for the repair they were paid to do in the first place. $721.22 I will be filing a claim with the Calif. Bureau of Automotive Repair Services.

We go about every 6 months. For a long time now they have been pretty good. Detailing in and out of the car even the engine and paint. I have a 2004 and you can't even tell it is that old. It has been the same amount for a long time. A's all the way through.

This is a horrible example for business in the Northern Sacramento area. Carrie says she answers call within 24 hours. It takes two days. This company set an appointment with us between 1:00 and 2:00 today. It's now 5:13 pm. No one has showed up... no one will answer their phones email address now comes up as expired. This was a groupon coupon and now groupon is causing us tremendous trouble getting our money back. Whatever you do, DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

They do my routine maintenance as well. So I go to them for oil changes as well, but once all my car get off from warranty, I will go for fluid changes, radiator flush, transmission flush, that kind of stuff.

    They're very competitive on price.

I like that I can drop my car off there the night before. I like that the technicians take care of you when you first get there. They are very nice and their customer service is great when you get there. The problem I had is that when I left, they never call, they have probably done it 3 or 4 times, but they don't call when they are done with the work and I end up calling at 3 or 4 in the afternoon when the work was done by 12 and I am the one that has to make the first move to see what is going on with my care every time. They can improve communication with the customer after he drops his car off.
