    Auernig Auto Body
The work was excellent and very high quality. The problem was with timeliness. Both times they took a solid month to do the repairs which coincidentally parfalled the thirty days of rental car that I had on my insurance. I found it interesting that both times my car was in their shop it was ready on the very day that my insurance rental car payment stopped. I had some rear end work done in a shop in south Sacramento and it was completed in three days and was also very high quality work.

    KNIESEL'S COLLISON of ROCKLIN
I showed up for an initial appointment. Todd assessed the damage, took photos, did all the paper work. As we were due to leave town, I made an appointment. Kniesel's arranged for a car rental from the Hertz Local Edition (paid for by AAA) and called when Hertz didn't show, on Tuesday morning. I was told the car should be ready by the end of the week, and they would text or call if anything should interfere with that. Friday the car was ready in the afternoon, but I had a conflict. Saturday morning they arranged for Hertz to pick up the rental car, and cranked out my paperwork. The collision damage was expertly repaired; beautiful, flawless! The bumper repair was invisible and also flawless; they charged me $79, not the estimated $75. They professionally installed the dash cover as a courtesy. The car was spotless when returned. Every contact from receptionists to Todd was professional, courteous and absolutely accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kniesel's Collision Center in Rocklin to anyone! This was an entirely professional, honest and hassle-free process at all times!

    COOK'S COLLISION INC
The service was very good. They have good service and customer service. The receptionist was exceptional in helping us out. I think their price was comparable with all the other places we checked out.

    KNIESEL'S COLLISON of ROCKLIN
Kniesel's did an excellent job at finding quality parts, repairing and painting the door to match rest of car which is 17 years old but still in good shape.  It is very hard to tell that car was damaged and now repaird.  Like that they are locally owned but with several locations and have a lifetime warranty.  Tyler, advisor/estimator, was very helpful and easy to work with

When you first meet the owner Ernie, he comes across as a soft spoken, laid back guy. He's about $10 less an hour on the mechanical side & this isn't our primary vehicle, so we figured being laid back might mean he'd take time & care. We learned that that demeaned is not what he is like. When at the shop, in front both my wife and daughter he humiliated one of his employees to the point it was uncomfortable & her was using "shop" language in front if my wife & 13 year old daughter. We had to ask her to go wait in our car. He repeatedly pushed our job back to finish others. He may have completed some of the work properly, but because of the shoddy work and manner if business we now feel the need to have the work he did inspected by another garage that is reputable. We have plenty of photos. When we showed up to pay what was already an inflated bill, he had added another 10% to it and basically held the keys ransom. He clearly took advantage of us - no question.

    FUTURE NISSAN
Went in to look at used cars.  Salesman quoted $8000 out the door.  This was to be a cash transaction.  Upon being forwarded to the finance manager, the price jumped up to $10,200 and he insisted on acquiring all credit information though it was to be a cash transaction.  I complained to Paul (finance manager, I believe).  He quickly pointed out that I did not appreciate all the discounts they had already applied to get to the $10,200.  The excellent blue book value was $7995.  I understand that they are a dealership and are in business to make a profit.  However, "out the door"  means precisely that...but not to Future Nissan.  I guess I'm simply THAT unappreciative.  When quoted a price, the dealership should stand behind their salesperson's offer.  Don't let the salespeople have the authorization to make offers that the dealership will NOT back up.

    J & J BODY SHOP
Provider was attentive from day of estimate. Estimate was quick and easy to obtain. It was competitive with other estimates received. I chose this provider due to their facility being exceptionally clean and their professionalism. Once I called to schedule the service, they were able to make take my car within a week. I took my car on Tues morning, with the intention of it being completed by Friday, and actually received a call Wednesday afternoon that my car was done. The work done was impeccable - you'd never know anything happened. I was pleased with the entire experience and would use this provider again.

    CLARK AUTO BODY
In 06/2009 I had been in a car accident, some guy ran into my car and I had to have it fixed, so I took my car to them and they did an excellent job. They had my car repaired in a good amount of time, they did not go like forever and it was not so short that you go, hum. Their price was right on, as the insurance company did not have a trouble about it. It looked good and made me happy, they did a great job. I have recommended them to anybody that I have talked to.

    Lasher Volkswagen Downtown
I have been going to Lasher Volkswagen Downtown for 30 years. I don't trust anybody with my car but them. If you own a Volkswagen this is the only place you should go. Anything I have needed to do with the last 3 Volkswagens I have owned they have done. They are the best in the West.

They are extremely friendly, they remember their customers, they know what their cars are all about, and they told me I would be buried with my car. I swear by these guys. They are wonderful.

    Dave's Body Shop Inc
Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I had gone to two different body shops, one of which was Maaco, and the first one had quoted me 1500.00 to do everything, and get the car back the way it was before the accident. Maaco quoted me anywhere from 600.00 to 2700.00 depending on what I wanted to have done. The 600,00 was just to replace the headlight and turn signal so that I could drive my car at night.

I went to Dave's for a estimate around Thanksgiving. My accident was on November 15th, 2011. I only had liability on my car so I was paying for this out of pocket. They found a complete bumper array for 250.00 up in ID and Stan said that with that, they could do everything for about 800.00. He said once he got a response from the pick and pull place he would call me back.

I called him about a week later and he said that the bumper in ID was damaged and he was trying to find something else for me. We waited about a month before we decided that there wasn't going to be a used bumper I could get for the same price. So he ended up getting the bumper reinforcement from the manufacturer and then he got a generic bumper cover to go over it.

The bumper reinforcement and the generic bumper cover raised my overall price to 1100.00 for everything, but it was still cheaper than what Maaco quoted me for the same amount of work.

It took a day and a half to do because they were sent the wrong part and had to get a replacement, but that was fine. I had waited over a month to get my car fixed, another half a day wasn't going to kill me.

I am VERY pleased with the work that they did. My hood looks AMAZING! I have no idea how they were able to reshape it so well. And my bumper, even though it is black, looks better than before. It had a couple of cracks in it before the accident and now it looks awesome.

I also want to say that they have a Kurieg coffee maker in the waiting room that is complimentary to use. It was awesome. I tried to use it each time I came in.
