    Kitchen & Bathroom Experts
Excellent. Daniel (Sales Rep), Freddy (PM), Francisco (Concrete Lead), and Giovano (Painting Lead) were all excellent. They have the customer's whishes or desires as a higher priority over completing the tasks as soon as possible.

    Mission Concrete
We had several contractors make bids for this job and Mission Concrete was the most thorough (and spent the most amount of time) in providing the project bid.  They also had the best pricing.  After reading the Angie's List reviews we decided to go with Mission Concrete for the project.  Mission Concrete finished the job in two days--1st day they removed the old asphalt driveway and the second day they installed the rebar, control joints, and poured the new concrete.  We are pleased with the new driveway as it is very thick and sloped properly so the rain water drains away from the house.   Many neighbors and visitors have made compliments on the new driveway and one visitor asked for Mission Concrete's contact information to get a driveway replacement bid.

    The Foundation Works
The Foundations Works is probably the best choice for any foundation needs.  We noticed several cracks in our home?s foundation so we contacted The Foundation Works for an inspection.  Myron came by and conducted a thorough inspection of my home?s foundation and provided many recommendations to address drainage issues from rainwater that caused several cracks in my home?s foundation.  The pricing for the repairs was very reasonable for all the work that was provided.   We did contact another foundation contractor earlier and the inspector spent half as much time as The Foundation Works inspecting our home and gave  s an estimate of over $9,000 of repairs?we are so glad we did contact The Foundation Works.
We scheduled The Foundation Works to perform the repairs and all repairs were done to our satisfaction.
We sent pictures (via email) to Myron before and after the work was done and he answered all of our questions very thoroughly.  In summary, we are very satisfied with the excellent service provided by The Foundation Works.

    Mission Concrete
Juvenal came out , surveyed the job and gave me a price the next day. Very friendly and professional.
I called him when I received the bid , because it was quite a bit lower than the other two I got from other companies.
We went over the job requirements and all was good. I accepted his bid, he said he had to finish two other jobs and would call in the next week to schedule my job. I ended up having to call him(busy guy) to schedule. We set a day and time and when that day came,he showed up with himself and two other workers and had it all formed in 3 hrs.
I was informed the concrete would be there first thing in the morning and they were going to use a pumper truck to get it to the back yard. 200' from the street.
Every thing went perfect. Just like a professional company should. The workers busted their backs making all this happen. Worked through the heat of the day and finished by 2:00 in the afternoon.
The job turned out just the way I wanted and by shopping on Angies List I saved about  $2,000.
I would suggest Mission Concrete come and take a look at your concrete work after you already have a bid or two so you can compare prices. Well worth the extra effort.
Thanks again to Mission Concrete--- Dan

    Monroe and Aguirre Masonry
In July, 2008 we had Edwin Monroe Masonry demolish and haul away our old backyard concrete patio floor. Little did we know that his crew would have to demolish a double layer of concrete. We were impressed by his professionalism and said when we were ready to plan our new patio, we would call him. When we called him, he remembered the double layered job! He said he would still honor the estimate he gave us. Edwin and his crew of three came early the next morning. While the crew cleared the area, we discussed with Edwin a plan we had in mind, noting that the patio next to the kitchen should be handicap accessible. The crew spent the rest of the day making the forms and laying re-bars for the cement which would be poured the following day. The crew did a great job of gently sloping the concrete to the patio door eliminating any steps. A meandering walkway connects to a second patio around the corner of the house. This patio includes a step up. Approximately 466SF of steel-reinforced natural grey concrete w/ light broom finish was used. Edwin repaired cracks, grinded an existing floor and overlayed 84SF of natural grey w/ light broom finish in the front entryway of the house. The entire job was exactly what we wanted and are very pleased with the outcome.

    The Floor Center
Went to show room and felt we were talking with people who really knew what they were talking about! We were able to schedule when it was convenient for us and the work was done in a timely way-took about 3 days longer, but this was due to the condition of the under-flooring that needed repair, couldn't have known till old flooring was removed.
