    Tim's Home Improvement & Repair
It was a botched job! He never used a hot mop for the floor, he used the shower kit instead & cut 2" off between the drain & the pipe so the water would never drain into the pipe. Also, the shower floor was uneven so would leave puddles of water. He charged me $800.00 cash only for labor & we provided the supplies which was an incomplete job because he didn't seal it. It took us over a month texting him every day to get an invoice. I enclosed a picture of the grout he did in my shower so you can see how bad it is.

    CarpenterChris
The work I had done by Chris was exemplary. He was quick to call and discuss an initial walk through of the master bathroom and quote. When he arrived, he was nothing but respectful, professional and quite creative. He offered several ideas for the space including an overhead shower head as opposed to a standard wall fixture, as well as a pull out laundry basket hidden nicely in a cabinet space. All of the cabinetry he designed was gorgeous and the installation was quick and painless. Chris and his team were quite knowledgable and answered my endless questions. Once the project was over, I was left with no mess and a stunning new master bathroom equipped with new cabinetry, beautiful walk in tile shower and whirlpool tub. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. I will gladly recommend Carpenter Chris for any and all projects and truly look forward to working with him on future projects.

    New Look Home Remodeling
Went very well, I was quite surprised how far the tech had traveled to get to my location (100 miles) yet still arrived early... Took slightly longer than expected, but no fault of his own, The previous company that re finished the bath tub did a horrible job, and it took a bit to remove the mess they had made. Yet I was not charged any extra :) The quote never changed. However our tech was very friendly, polite, and explained everything in great detail. Also a huge bonus if you are refinishing for your own use (i.e. not selling the house) the warranty cannot be beat!! 4 months later the tub still looks like brand new! After experiencing a horrible company, then using New Look, I would never call anyone else

    Taylor Construction Industries (TCI) Development
I tried to use them but he never showed up. He never called me back. I talked to him twice. First time he said he would come over and then he changed the time. I told him I had another bid and wanted to get his. He seemed very unhappy about that and he never showed up again.

    Taylor Construction Industries (TCI) Development
We had a house fire on August 31, 2010. It was considered a total rebuild because even though the fire started in the garage, it spread into the attic. From the fire, water and soot the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. It even damaged the cement in the garage, which had to be repoured. As the owner of the house and insurance policy we were able to choose our own contractor. We had four bids and TCI was not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but we liked his enthusiasm and take charge attitude, so we went with TCI owned by Paul Taylor.
In the beginning everything was held up by the insurance company because they could not release the house until they determined the cause of the fire. So, it sat for 6 weeks before any demolition could begin. Once it was released they started demolition and clean up. That took awhile, but still something was happening on a daily basis. Paul kept the insurance company and all involved up to date every step of the way.
Then Paul had the plans drawn up and approved. There were some glitches because so many codes had changed since the house was originally built in 1984. We found out at that time that we had to pay for code upgrades ourselves. Our insurance did not provide for that. Once we got plan approval, permits were then requested, which took our City until March 31, 2011 to release. I must say that Paul was on them like white on rice until he had the permit in his hands.
Once we got the permit things started moving really fast. It almost seems like it all happened at once because if we were waiting for something, Paul would make sure everyone was working on something else. I can't recall the exact order but the Cement, Framing, Inspections, Wiring, Roofing, Plumbing, more Inspections, Electrical, Cable, Cabinets, Granite, Drywall, Painting, Doors, Trim and appliances all got done very quickly.
All in all, if you are looking for a contractor, you will not go wrong with this company. Very professional people and they made a very difficult situation easier.
