    The movers were very professional and easy to work with. They arrived right on time. They worked quickly but carefully, and did not waste any time, even though we were paying by the hour. Also the owner called us ahead of the actual move date to see if we had any questions and to explain how they calculated the charges. We were very pleased with the job and would use them again.

    The price is outrageous and I have no choice.  I can get one of those ugly dishes but I don’t want that.  The internet connection is fine.  They had an office close by but they moved twenty miles away and last time when I was in there, I had to stand in line for a half an hour.  You need a cable box in order to have TV and to change that, you have to go stand in line.  I have one right now that I pay an extra seven bucks for that I haven’t taken back because I don’t wan to go and stand in line.  There are some good things about them, like I have good reception on my TV and my internet and my phone is fine.  I had to call them about a problem, I was on hold one time for twenty minutes and another time for another twenty minutes, and then they cut me off, so I couldn’t even get to somebody.  I was not happy about that.  I haven’t had anybody come to my house recently so I don’t know about punctuality.  Their customer care representatives seemed angry on the phone, one person that I talked to was in the Philippines and his English was not very good and another person was in India and their understanding of what the problem was, was poor.  I have not been happy with that and I am not happy that the services on TV have many, many, many channels that I do not want and I pay a lot for the TV part.  The people I talked to have tried to be professional.  The cable is hardwired into my condominium and that is only one that is available here, so I have no other choice.

    My insurance company paid them.  They were very professional.  They were very prompt and they were extremely quick.  Two guys moved all my furniture, I have some big old antiques and I have some glass, china cabinets, and they wrapped every piece of everything and nothing was broken.  I couldn’t believe the things that they wrapped they even wrapped the stack of magazines, they wrapped everything single thing that was in my living room, individually, breakable or not and they were quick about it.  When they brought it back, they just set the boxes down and you have to unwrap but it was an opportunity to dust everything off, to decide what to throw away and what to keep so, it was a good thing.  They moved it into their storage facility.

    You have to have approvals for everything where I live to do anything to the outside of your unit, which I can understand.  They painted my section my lavender, we didn’t like it and we complained and they came back and painted it grey which I don’t like either but at least it is not purple which was really unbelievable that they would do.  They did give us a couple of samples but it was in the middle of the winter and it was eight o clock at the night in a room that was lit with in-conducive lighting and it was a small piece of siding that was painted for a sample.  I looked at it and it did not looked purple to me then but the considering the lighting and the size of the sample I couldn’t believe that what I had seen came out looking like what went up from the side of the building.  They remedied that because everyone that lives in this section got together and complained and we went to the homeowner association meeting and we made a lot of fuss and they repainted it.  That was a good thing but my problem is that we employ these people, this management company to work for us and they will not ever get back to me and I said that in the homeowner association meeting and I just got a blank stare back for an answer.  Recently I called them twice and left messages on their voice mail and they never got back to that either.  I just feel totally powerless, I live here, and I don’t want them making changes that I don’t approve of.  They already made several changes I did not want them to do like ripping out trees right around me unit, which was not a good thing.  I have a question about putting u a certain kind of screen door on my sliding glass doors so that I can leave them open after dark and still feel secure but I can’t get them to get back to me.  I spoke to Brenda Dugan and she never returns my phone calls, in fact sometime when I said something about it she laughed at my face.  I even said in front of the board that we pay their salaries so they are responsible, and please return our phone calls.  I haven’t spoken to anyone else in her office because she is only one that has any say about anything in that office.  They are a big company that manages a lot of big condominium sin the area apparently so she is a very busy woman I am sure but she is obligated to return my calls or at least be courteous to me in public.  They had said things to me that I knew were not true, there was a whole thing with the alarm system, they were sending the fire alarm people into our attic, and for a whole noon, I had these people tramping through my house with ladders to address problems with the wiring.  Whenever they have anything to do with the wiring, they come to my yard, which I kept lock because of my dog and the guy that was tramping into my yard was really nice and very courteous.  One night the alarm went on from one in night to eight in the morning and nobody slept in the building that night, it was a false alarm.

    The husband and wife manage the place and they have installed cameras for all the units. I think that they check the unit individually to make sure everything is okay. They have been there for years and are very nice people. I spent $175 for both storage units. If I have a problem, I call and they take care of it. They are easy to get to and in and out. They are going through the units now and replacing all the weather stripping.

    Is pent a little over $1,000 on that service. I would tell a friend or family member to definitely contact them. I liked the way they handled the whole thing because they were caring, respectful and very helpful. I wanted a cremation and not a chapel funeral at all and that was included in the price. They took the person to the crematorium that I wanted and brought back the ashes and held it for several months while got up in this nerve to go collect it. They were just great. I am going to have them listed as to where I want to be taken. The police man that came first recommended them to me.
