    Super service.  Technicians attempted first to repair the faulty component to save me money.  Unfortunately, it was beyond repair and had to be replaced.  The team there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, the component that had failed, why it failed, and what they were going to do to try to fix it.  
    I have used H&B since moving to the Bay Area three years ago.  They have never failed to please.  Never an issue over work done, never any drama or disappointment. I would not hesitate to recommend them.  These guys are great!

    Dropped the car off early Monday morning.  Later in the day were given an estimate and authorized the work.  Tuesday afternoon were called and told it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived a at the end of the day to pick it up, we were told it was overheating and they'd need it another day. (By the way, it wasn't overheating when we took it in.  Whatever they did seems to have made things worse.)  We asked why they didn't call to let us know it wasn't ready and the service advisor said he had called but we apparently had already left.
    Wednesday we got a second estimate and authorized that work.  Were told it should be ready Thursday - they'd call and let us know when to pick it up.  Thursday, no call.  Friday, we were told it was done (we had to call), they just needed for some sealer to dry , but that it would be ready around 3:00/3:30.  At 5:30 my son arrived to pick up the car, but was told the sealer wasn't dry and he'd have to pick it up on Saturday.
    The service was very bad.  The staff was not nasty or impolite, they just didn't care.  They failed miserably at doing what they said they'd do and kept us wondering if they were even working on the car.  Most of the communication was initiated by us.  I can't in good conscience recommend them.

    Rodeo was very helpful and informative. They pointed out which services I needed and which I did not. They were very cognizant of my budget and we worked out the necessary services to keep me safe.

    My car has been running smoothly and was able to pass the smog test. I just call them up to schedule an appointment. All I have to do is drive the car to the service bay and someone will come and assist me immediately. They're very personable and they make the process go smoothly. They're a little more expensive but they do quality work.

    I've been going to Square Deal for years. As someone who is unfamiliar with cars, I know how easy it would be to tell me something false, just to increase expenses. Square Deal is not that place! In fact, I scheduled an appointment for a tune-up, and they informed me I wouldn't need a tune-up for another 20,000 miles. They let me know what I should get done, and what can wait. I've never had an issue with my vehicle after they've done work on it, and I have never felt they were trying to push or pressure me into having something done that was not needed.
    When I have had work done, they review the work that was done on the vehicle so that a "non-car person" can understand. I've never felt spoken down to and have always felt welcomed.

    The people at Hanlees were very friendly, not at all what you would expect from a dealer. They got the job done quickly and courteously. They also helped me find a spare part at no charge when I lost the cap that covers my headlight.

    Xiao is great. I have always trusted him to deliver quality work. he is always willing to help with a ride or a rental car and is communicative over email and phone. The first time I went was because my car had been stolen and I needed repair (they tore out the ignition and radio). I have been a loyal customer ever since for routine maintenance and emergency car care.

    It went great. While the interest rate for my business loan was a bit high, I was satisfied with the professionalism and service I received from the fleet manager. I have received excellent service in the service department have received routine servicing for my business vehicle at this location. The staff are courteous and professional and the work is always completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend both fleet sales and the service department.

    It always goes great. I'm an early bird and like to get my vehicle in for maintenance first thing in the morning. The only downside to this is that other people have the same idea in mind and the line to get into the maintenance bay is always crowded (even when I arrive upwards of 30 minutes prior to opening). I generally leave the car and they are prompt in returning it to me (in sometimes as few as 60 minutes later and upwards of the entire day depending on what type of service is being done). They generally offer a discount. although going to a dealership for service generally means you'll pay a higher price tag for services rendered. I feel confident in the quality of services performed on my vehicle and I highly recommend doing service with the service department at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota.

    I Contacted square deal on a wed and set a appointment for Saturday ! I brought the vehicle in and they said they wouldn't be able to take a look at it until Monday ! Monday they called and told me what the problem was gave me estimate on how much it would cost I said go ahead and fix the vehicle! Tuesday they called and said the vehicle is ready told me what they did informed me that the work comes with a year warranty ! It has been week since I picked up the vehicle and it has been running very well!
