  • Had contacted this company after seeing the info online from Angie's list. After reading a number of reviews on Angie's list for this company, I decided to call them for an estimate. We talked about the job, the costs and the timeframe it would take to complete the job. There was no assurance that I would get the tv fixed and that they would have the parts to fix I was not going to pay a fee just for diagnostics and end up not getting the tv fixed. Especially if I know the problem and was able to tell them this ahead of time to check and see if they can find the part and fix it. Unfortunately, I did not go with this vendor and ended up using another vendor on Angie's list instead.

  • Had contacted this company after seeing his info online from Angie's list. After reading a number of positive Angie's list for this company, I decided to call them for an estimate. Tom was very informative and upfront about his service. He gave me enough info and assurance over the phone that I decided to have him come out and fix my 10+ year old rear projection tv. He was very pleasant and professional and he did the job as promised. Even though I did not like the costs of repair, it was an unavoidable market price repair. With the cost of tv getting cheaper and cheaper these days, I am not sure if repairs are really worth it any more. Nonetheless, thank you Tom for fixing our family TV!

  • Sue has been very responsive so far. She is readily responsive via email and accessible via phone. We have just started the process with her so we will update this review when the service is complete. So far we have had a good experience with Resume Road.

  • This whole transaction was weird. I sent my wife a link to different Angie's List resume vendor. My wife says she followed link and paid the resume service fee and received a response saying we had purchased a resume and cover letter service from Valuable Resumes. The link that I sent my wife was NOT for Valuable Resumes. I still do not know how we got connected to Valuable Resumes. 
    My wife attempted to work out an appointment with Robert from Valuable Resumes not knowing that they were not who I was trying to send her to. Robert and my wife played email tag for two days and never did get an appointment set up. I tried to call Valuable Resumes on the number listed on Angie's List but the phone rang endlessly with no answer and no voice mail. I tried several times so I don't believe it was a dialing issue.
    We ended up cancelling the purchase with Valuable Resumes by calling Angie's List customer support and booking with the service we intended to in the first place.
    I cannot give Robert and Valuable Resumes a bad review as I did not use their services. I will give them C however, for playing email tag, and for not being able to contact them by phone.

  • I was extremely unhappy with. I really couldn't have been more unhappy. I will take great satisfaction in giving him a terrible review. He shook me down for about $160. That is horrible. He did nothing as far as I can see. He held my sewing machine hostage. It was not sewing on stretched knits correctly. It was about a five-year-old machine but I have only used it twice so it was essentially brand new. He said it probably needed a whole servicing since it had not been used much that's why he thought he was going to need to make it sew correctly. It was supposed to be $90. I went to pick it up and plugged it in and it was not the same plug and foot pedal attachment as the one that I brought in. He said the one that I brought in, which was actually brand new, that has only had been used twice. He said that one did not work and so he has replaced it. He charged me $35 for this very old, used foot pedal. Then, I got the fabric that I had brought with me and sewed on it and I said, it still does not work. It is doing exactly what it did before. The bobbin was stuck in the bottom so he did take that out which I could have done myself if had a really short screwdriver. It still was not sewing right. It still doesn't do what I bought it in to have him to do and her rimmed me about this $35 used foot pedal that I am sure he had lying around. I was fairly agitated by this time but I never raised my voice. I was just very upset about the cord. I said this is really bad business. So, I started to right a check, he said no, we can't take a check. Then I got my credit card out and he said in cases like this, we cannot take a credit card either. He was referring to me being upset. Payments can be stopped on checks. I said, I cannot stop payment on credit card, which was news to me. So, he was not going to give me my sewing machine back, which only caused a couple hundred dollars in the first place. So I had to go and spend another half an hour going to the bank and getting cash for him in order to get my sewing machine back which I needed that weekend. I felt smarmy a piece business that I have ever been involved in. It was a creepy, dirty little store.

  • He fit my son in immediately. He was very informative when teaching. He does not just let the student drive, he actually teaches them. He would pick my son up from our home and take him out driving. He knows his stuff. He really teaches the kids how to focus and drive. He cares about the kids. He has a great personality and makes them feel comfortable. Any parent will not go wrong if they use him.

  • When I brought the equipment to Cole Fabrication for a quote, Jacob took the time to walk through the project, listened to what I wanted and also made suggestions as to how we might further improve the equipment.  After agreeing to a price and writing up a contract, Cole Fabrication helped me to unload the equipment and secured it in a locked container for storage before the work was started.

    As he worked on the equipment, Jacob called me several times to make sure the work was being completed as I wanted.  I got the equipment back on the date promised, for the price quoted and the work was exactly as I requested.  Jacob also followed up afterward to make sure I was pleased with the work.  I'm very pleased with Cole Fabrication's work and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
