  • they did a great job. completed their portion of the work timely so that the block wall installer could begin and finish on time. they were resourceful in putting up a temporary fence so my dogs would stay in the yard while the debris removal and new wall was being built. work provided came in under quoted budget.

  • Bryce went above and beyond it was the little things he added in for free that really resonated with me. It actually led him to do work on the my personal home and one other rental properties where i had him do the entire exteriors and they came out just as great as the rest of the work hes done. These guys are honest and professional and will be recommended to my realtor friends and family who need a good reliable company.

  • No work was done even though I paid for it. I am waiting now for a refund from Angieslist. I am very unhappy. The description was for one handyman for 8 hours. After a few emails back and forth between Lev Luc and myself detailing the work I needed done, he wanted to send a man out to the house to give me an estimate instead of sending me the handyman. After the "estimate email", I sent him another email detailing what work was most important to me, and that I had my own idea as to how to get it done. After that, there was no more communication from him. This has felt like a classic example of a "bait and switch", so unless you have a job that could end up costing you much more, and you are willing and able to spend more, then do not have any dealings with this company.

  • Lev helped us troubleshoot and deal with the issue over the phone. First, he had us call the city to check the pressure and perhaps install a regulator if it is too high on their end. So I did. City came out and guy said, "Standard pressure is 50 to 80 and this is not a high pressure area." He checked on the closest outside faucet and said, "Yup, 84. That's normal. 100 would be high." I let him know my home inspector when we purchased the house recommended we get a regulator. "If you want a regulator, that's on you. The pressure is not high." Ok. That was a bit short. He didn't ask questions, didn't check other things. I didn't know what else to say. So he left. Not very helpful -- 84 or not, it is clearly too high. When the shower water comes out like a jet engine and everything starts to leak a little, it is too high. Period. I am not crazy. Reference.com says 80 is the maximum for a residence ("should not exceed"); average range is 40-80. I am not crazy. I can tell it's too high because I live here and use it everyday. I called Lev back. He listened to what the guy said. He agreed that it wasn't super high, but a regular wouldn't hurt and would help plumbing last longer (exactly what home inspector said). He had me take a couple pictures and text him so he knew what he would be dealing with before driving out, so I did. He gave some advice said he could install a regulator if necessary. But first I turned some valves, we texted back and forth a bit, he sent me some pictures back of what it should look like, and presto. Pressure is less jet-engine strong and feels just right! Lev gave great advice. He listened thoughtfully. He was kind. And he offered his help and expertise. He was not short and rude with me (like the city guy was). What a true professional! And he didn't even charge, even though took a few minutes of his time, which is almost a crime. I owe him! I will definitely call Lev next time I need help. What a good old fashioned true professional. Hard to find these days. Thank you, Lev!

  • Replacing the sink went fine, and I liked the men who did that work, who included the company owner. However, the men who refinished the cabinets stole items from the kitchen and bathroom, and they unscrewed one screw from each of seven electrical switch plates throughout the house. They also did a sloppy job of refinishing the weight-bearing post in the kitchen, which they had overlooked until I pointed it out. I would only hire this company again if I knew that the company owner was using a different crew.

  • They were definitely the best construction company we have ever hired! They have great managers, and the whole team is very professional! They always had good communication with us before they started working in order to reach our goal, such us the budget of the materials, etc. On time every single time. The most important thing is their quality is the highest, we were so impressed when we saw the results when they were done at our house. Every part they have worked on is very even, neat and looks nice. Their charge is about the average or a little bit higher than the average price, but they DO REALLY saved us a lot of time and energy spending on they house. Thanks Handy Gang for their high quality work! We highly recommend Handy Gang and will definitely contact them again in the future if we need!

  • I have used Kincaid Development Inc. since approximately 2012 for many projects here at Shepherd Realty Group & Property Management. Joe is very responsive and does what he says he will do. I would highly recommend him.
