  • The Dr immediately wanted to do a biopsy on my arm so I had that done..my husband had surgery on his arm the week before by the same Dr. When I went back I was told that it was skin cancer and it must be removed right away..I'm sorry I just took his word for it and let him do the surgery...when I went home I noticed that it was in the exact same arm and spot as my husbands..we left for vacation but when we got back I requested a copy of the lab report which I took to another dermatologist to read and was told that it was not anything that required surgery when I called West I was told that That Dr no longer worked there...I have.a very large scar on my arm...don't go there !

  • Wanted a full body check. Don 't feel I received one. One course of action was not accurate and canceled by my final decision due to apparent non-requirement. Charged too much for the little done! Need to see another derm.

  • They seem to do a pretty good job. I'm pretty satisfied with the care that I've received. I've only been there once. I'm happy with my primary care physician there. The only drawback that I can think off right off hand is that in order to get to see one of their specialists like a dermatologist I have to go through the primary care physician. So I kind of have to make an appointment with them, make a Copayment and then get a referral from them in order to see the specialist. It's not like I can go in directly to the specialist which would be much more convenient. Wait time sometimes can be a problem. They have a brand new facility and the facility itself is pretty nice. There can be quite a back up and sometimes takes two to three weeks if it's not urgent to get in to see the primary care physician which is kind of a draw up. Sometimes I do have to wait a bit longer than I would like although if it's something that needs to be taken care of right away I can get into their urgent care right away. They do have a pullback system to take care of any sort of emergencies. They've got a very nice place there. I've never had any trouble what so ever with punctuality. I'm very happy with the people that work there. I really like my primary care physician. Their communication is very good and they always get back to me with the results so that's been very good. I've been very happy with the treatment. I've never had any trouble with billing what so ever. I'm very happy with them.

  • Getting an appointment was easy and the office staff efficient and knowledgeable. When making the appointment, they asked the reason for the appointment instead of waiting until I got there. I think this enables doctors to schedule time appropriately. I was instructed to download from their website the paper work needed as a new patient to fill out prior to my appointment. I inadvertantly gave an insurance address that was incorrect and they were able to look up the correct address for me. So, overall the office staff is great! The waiting room is neat and cozy, filled with photographs taken by the doctor. I did have to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time which I think is reasonable. I have waited much longer than this every time I go to the pediatrician with my children. Once in the exam room, I had to undress and put on a paper gown. Now at this point, you don't want to be waiting, cold and half naked! Dr. Miller was in immediately after I undressed. He was very thorough. He checked EVERYWHERE! He then left the room and came back and spend a lot of time talking and answering questions. He has previously been a college instructor at UCI Medical School and I felt like he wanted me to have an and quot;Aand quot; understanding of my skin. He also addressed my Rosacea and recommended a better OTC sunscreen that wouldnt burn my sensitive skin and eyes, complete with samples so I would know what it looked like. My daughter also had an appointment for her acne and he again was fabulous giving her practical advice, dispelling common myths and her acne is much better. He exceeded my expectations!

  • This was my first visit. He introduced himself and he was very polite. He asked about my concerns. He first did an examination and looked at all of my skin everywhere. It was a little intimating. He was extremely thorough and even looked behind my ears. He looked at all my concerns and then came up with a plan. He removed some tissue and told me when I would have a report and he wanted a follow up appointment. I got lost and was late for the appointment by 20 minutes and that was not a problem. The office staff is really great. He has a team of ladies that are in charge of helping me take care of my skin. They really went into detail and explained the products, which was really nice. It seems like they have creams for everything now. They were all tops. They were all amazing and their offices were amazing. The front desk secretary was extremely polite and very good with all the customers.

  • She is good. We have been playing with some lesions on my face and she has done an excellent job with that. She is very personable and very professional. She knows exactly what she is doing. If it's beyond what she is comfortable with, she calls in other professional help. Her availability is always very good. So far her treatment has been effective.
