  • Darrell showed up right on time. He explained what he was going to do and he did it promptly. The job required some finesse and both Darrell and his assistant Raymond took great care. They were especially careful so as not to create any additional problems. The work was top quality and it was finished on time.

  • I contacted Dale at 3pm to help assist a client at 5pm. He was extremely responsive and was able to fit my client into his schedule and provide a thorough inspection. Throughout the process, he explained to me and my clients what he saw, the impact to the home, the possible solutions and costs. With this real time feedback, my clients felt that Dale was truly experienced and knowledgeable, and was forthcoming in his analysis and truly wanted to ensure the prospective buyers had all the information available at that time to make a critical decision.

  • The work was completed as expected. Darrell was the only one who was willing to work with me and come out on short notice (this was considered an unscheduled emergency by myself, not a normal scheduled pumping).

  • Richleigh and Associates - Contractor is very poorly managed. Service was requested in Septemeber 9,2014. Bid was subtitled and accepted Septemebr 22, 2014. Then all h*** breaks loose. One of their agents quits, they didn't honor the bid, the charged me an additional 13,000. Refused to do work for original bid amount and made the issue go to mediation.
I submitted the above review on HomeAdvisor, Molly with HomeAdvisor contacted me and stated the review would not be published due to their relationship with the Contractor. Not only did the contract breach his contract he failed to do the work as described.
Excerpt of what I filed in Riverside Superior Court with Homeadvisor as a named Defendant
    COME NOW plaintiffs, Steven and
Isidra Smith, on information obtained and secured alleges as follows.
This is an action for damages based upon willful
negligence, breach of contract, and conversion on part of Richleigh and
Associates hence forth known as Richleigh (D).
On or around September 02, 2014 Steven and
Isidra, hence forth known as Smith (P) utilized Home Advisor to locate a
contractor for an addition to home.
On September 6, 2014 Smith was visited by
Richleigh agent Robert Quintero, said agent Robert Quintero walked the
property, provided a general scope of work and outline of what services they
can offer. At the recommendation of Richleigh, Smiths were advised to remodel all
issues with home rather than piecemeal. Smiths were given a rough estimate of
$20,000 to include a garage remodel, basement remodel, and bathroom addition.
Smiths provided consideration of $100.00 to secure current market price of
labor, parts, and building plans (EXHIBIT A). Smiths provided an additional
$100.00 for architectural plans for the home located at 4544 Edgewood Place
    Riverside CA 92506.
On September 18, 2004 formal arrangements were
made to re-walk the property to secure final numbers and estimate of scope of
work (EXHIBIT B). During the property walk the numbers were reconfigured due to
the nature of work and limitations on HUD requirements. It was stipulated that
the garage would not be included but would be a separate bid with a 5% discount,
and price was to be kept under $5,000. On September 22, 2014 Smith were given a
formal bid from Richleigh totaling $23,000. Bid was to include basement
remodeling and bathroom addition (EXHIBIT C). On September 29, 2014 estimate
was sent to Lender PrimLending by office manager and project coordinator Kelly
Brown. Smiths secured financing (EXHIBIT D).
On December 18, 2014 it was discovered by Smith
that original agent who submitted bid was no longer with company (EXHIBIT E).  Throughout this time however, permits have
been order and plans have been secured as well. Smith inquired if original
price would be honored, and Smith was directed to owner Brain DeMoulpied. On
February 2, 2014 Smiths received revised bid with a total price of $39,950.00
to complete project (EXHIBIT F). Smiths attempted to negotiate a lower price
utilizing standard furnishings in lieu of custom, Smith also offered to pay
cash for basement conversion, which was rejected and refused.

  • Originally I used Penny Plumbing in October of last year for a camera inspection of my main sewer line. Josh arrived at the appointed time. The results showed multiple problem areas of root intrusion. Josh was very knowledgable about his job and gave me several options of how to proceed (without high pressure tactics) one of which was to reline the sewer.  We went with cabling and camera inspection at the time.   I decided to call another company from Angies List for comparison.  This other company claimed, erroneously, that there was a section of the sewer under the house that could not be relined and would have to be dug up with a jack hammer, the damage section removed, and a new pipe installed in its place.  That job alone would cost me over 2000.00!   I decided to contact Josh at Penny Plumbing to find out who was right and who was wrong... or downright lying to me!
Josh did another camera inspection, free of charge, and convincingly showed me that it was not necessary to do all that.
It wasn't until Aug of this year that we were ready to go ahead  with relining the sewer.  I called Penny Plumbing and they agreed to honor the estimate from last year.  They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and friendly and in a few hours completed the job.  They even relocated the clean out further away from my back yard patio at no extra charge!  I have no negatives with this company and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  • Larry Bounds, owner of CLEAN LINE LANDSCAPING,is a licensed concrete contractor and landscaping contractor.Larry originally came in to tear out my pool deck and replace it with a new deck.My 26 yr. old pool was being re-plastered & re-tiled by another Company.Larry tore out the old deck and poured a new deck and was a perfect finish on the deck.Being an ex masonry& concrete contractor,I was pleased with the excellent work.  Larry also completely renovated my entire backyard, which surrounded the pool. They roto-tilled and installed soil amendments and installed 2300 sq.ft. of tall fescue sod.New sprinkler lines, sprinklers, and valves were also installed. 3 trees had landscape masonry blocks put around them.
Concrete mowing strips  were also installed.
One month later , Larry came back and completely re-did our front yard. They removed the terrible looking front yard, which was a mixture of 3 different grasses. They also removed our large front slope ice plant that looked terrible.Larry installed a completely new sprinkler and drip system for the new 1100 sq.ft. of tall fescue sod he installed. They also poured a concrete mowing edge and  65 sq.ft. of new sidewalk. The front slope was planted with various flowers, bushes, and grasses. This front yard job far exceeded our expectations.
Larry plans the work and explains everything to you.He listens to your ideas and concerns and incorporates them into to the final plans.I made several slight changes and they were included in the finished project.Larry's workers cleaned up the jobsite every day and were punctual everyday.Every thing was done in a professional  and timely manner.I can't believe how fast the jobs were completed. The prices were very fair and competitive. We were extremely happy with the entire job, both front and back.
I would highly recommend CLEAN LINE LANDSCAPING for their excellent  workmanship, professionalism, and creativity.

  • The entire process was excellent and the job was completed in less than a day.  The Gazebo was a large structure with a tile roof.  It had become unstable and a Safety Hazard.  The Demolition Team was Customer oriented and kept me informed of the status of the Project at all times. The cleanup and removal of debris was complete and they left our yard in excellent condition. The project was completed in a professional manner that completely satisfied our requirements.
