  Took my Standard Poodle for grooming (her first professional grooming ever) and I couldn't be happier. Kenzie listened to my instructions and formed an instant bond with my dog. She gave her s break between the bath and the grooming so my dog wouldn't get too stressed out. Their price was $20 less than similar service at a local groomer. I will definitely bring my dog back for future grooming.

  Dusty's Den has all sorts of items for grooming and dog health.  He also has a variety of specific items to choose from and he has the knowledge to lead towards the best choice.  It's a very personal and friendly service.  Because he services a large clientele, he is able to stock many needed items and varieties.  I can always visit and get questions answered as to care, grooming and health.

  I had an excellent experience with Myrtle Avenue Pet Center. I'm fussy about my dog, so I tried a number of places, and decided to use them. They're really nice and really good to my dog. I can tell a groomer isn't good if he comes home freaked out. He was all happy after his grooming with Myrtle Avenue Pet Center.

  Dirty Dog Grooming

  This price was for two dogs, one large, and one small. The small dog is difficult, and Dirty Groomer always has good, kind, control. Even if she needs to raise the prices, I will continue to take my dogs to her.

  I called her a couple weeks earlier and told her is had a H*** cat that would not let me groom him.  she talked me through what we were going to do.  Explaining for me not to worry we would get through this.  I took her advise and got some natural calming medicine for the cat, and she told me try and not think any more about it, you will project your fears to your cat.  When i got there i was ready to battle a mean cat.  but with her confidence and positive  manner it took her like 10 minutes to comb him out.  She was gentle yet firm.  she told my cat what she was doing every step of the way.  I completely recommend this groomer.

  CAREY'S GROOMING

  My dog enjoys going to see Ellen Carey (the owner). She takes him from me, tells me what time to pick him up and he is always ready when I come. He gets brushed out, he gets his bath. his nails are trimed by grinding them, not clipping. I like that much better than the clipping.The only thing I have asked not to be done, is don't trim the hair around his privates. He is a short haired dog and when the hair starts growing around his privates he ends up peeing on his front leg. I guess she forgets and trims the hair anyway. Overall she is great with my dog. and he comes out of there all clean and happy. Also she does not put the dogs in cages. they roam around and play with each other or find a corner and sleep. I would take my cat there if there were no dogs.

  Happy Tails is awesome! You can feel the love that they have for your pet. They treat your pet as if he or she was their own. They do exactly what you ask of them. I take both my dogs here and only here because they are that good and kind.

  Lucky Dog Canine Spa

  Lucky Dog is a mobile service which would be very nice if I lived in Ridgecrest.  I paid to have my friends long haired dog groomed and she had a very thick undercoat. The owner shampooed, cut, trimmed nails, cleaned ears, all the usual. I was very happy that I was able to stand and watch him throughout the process. His mobile unit is well equipped, he did a nice job, and the price was very reasonable considering the time it took to groom the dog. We had met at a public location because I live outside of Ridgecrest. The only thing I did not think was professional is that he basically swept his mobile unit into the public street in front of another business I was using (laundry mat). I would have asked him to clean it up if he'd been at my home and expected him to do that at a 'public venue.' I would use him again to groom the dog.

  Lucky Dog Canine Spa

  Very friendly and well equipped. He has full bookings and is very busy, because he does a great job. Everything is self contained in the trailer. I would recommend him to everyone.
