And was really thorough and detailed what the starting problems were - and he took time to explained everything. He placed a wire contraption in the downspouts to keep from clogging up. AMiller's Sparkling Window & Gutter CleaningIt all went very well. It was same day service, and they don't charge to come and check out the job. Our gutters have screens and they had to see first if it would be possible to get them off. They could do it, which was more expensive. But Elena had told me about the extra expense when I called. And we added our studio building onto the original project. Plus we learned that there were no guards on the downspouts, which we had them install six for a slight extra cost. We are very satisfied with the work and with the really nice people who own the company. The cost was in line with the extra things that came up. Now we know that the gutters and downspouts are in good shape for years to come. I'm going to recommend them to my neighbor.- Tina G.

AI would rate Eagle between excellent and good. Overall they did a great job cleaning the store and the windows! The only reason I would rate them between excellent and good is that they were supposed to stop by the store in order to give me a quote, and didn’t call the day they missed going to the store to reschedule to give me a quote. I called them to reschedule to get the quote. Regardless of being busy, once a day and time are set to provide a quote, if they can not make it, they need to call and let the customer know and reschedule. Otherwise, they did a great job. The day of the service they texted to let me know they would be delayed so that was excellent communication. I then let them know I had to leave a certain time, and they got to me sooner than they had rescheduled for which was great! Price was fair and reasonable. At the store they were professional, followed Covid 19 protocol, respectful, hard working and great to deal with. Positive can do attitudes! I would definitely call them again.

FThey showed up unannounced and I let them clean with the understanding they come back and finish the job but they didn’t come back and now the droppings are back and I have to hire someone else! I’ve requested a partial refund! Also, my neighbor complained that they left a big mess on their side of the fence! Really unacceptable to take advantage of people during this difficult time !

FI setup an appointment for an estimate before service was to be completed and they never showed up. I called and was told they didn't show up because they do not service my area. I would not have been upset if I was told that up front but they didn't try calling to tell me anything and just didn't show up.

AMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.
