ASeth Pompey LandscapingOverall the project was fantastic, and Seth was great to work with. From taking the concept my wife had, Seth drew up a plan with everything she asked for, and we were able to scale back where needed for budgeting purposes, so he helped us rework from the original design to where we ultimately landed. Timing - he began on time, and finished early. Project lasted a total of 5 weeks. Budget - he was spot on to the original budget. We did make changes to some items, and he kept a running change list that was helpful to keep us on track. Team - The guys were amazing, and took exceptional pride in their work. I got to chat them up quite a bit, and they’ve been with Seth for many years - which was an awesome sign, because I’m guessing you don’t stay of things aren’t going well. They were here everyday from 7-3:30, and the few times that they weren’t, we had a heads up. We even got a heads up when it wouldn’t be the full crew. Communication - pretty sharp, zero complaints here. We knew what was going on, when it was happening, and Seth was here almost everyday for at least a period of time. Overall, they were great - and we will use them again for our front yard, hopefully sooner rather than later.- craig b.

ARoyal Turf Landscape and HardscapeThese guys made me a paver walkway in on the side of my house that looks amazing!! They also made me a concrete slab for my new gazebo and it looks great!! A4 Seasons Remodeling & Design Inc.4 Season Remodeling & design was the easiest contractor company we’ve ever worked with. Jacob was very responsive and helpful. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew could start the following week. We were in need of designing a new pool (now that we are home because of COVID), hardscape, landscape stucco work, and outdoor kitchen. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His teams were particularly a pleasure to work with. When you see Jacob, you can see how passionate he is about his profession, very detailed, and his suggestions enhanced the overall look. ABaron Brothers has a large selection of outdoor plants on an impressive acreage of land. The property is so large it took me a while to even find their office. Their plants are well maintained and their staff was very knowledgeable. I will be purchasing more from them in the future.

AHe arrived and I explained what was needed and he gave a reasonable quote which was also the final price. In a few days he returned at the time on which we agreed. He did a very professional job and used very good equipment to install the drip system. His work with the cactus and tree trimming also pleased me. I have waited six weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything worked. It does and I am very pleased.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AWe purchased a house and moved into a home thanks to Construction By Maya. We went from an 800 sq ft outdated bungalow to a 1700 sqf updated home. CBM was efficient, ran on time and on budget. Anyone who has even dabbled with construction in the past knows how rare it is to find someone who will show up, do what they say when they say they will, and see it through to the end. CBM hit every mark, every single time. Not once in our 5 month project did I wonder "when will they get back to me" "where are we holding, are we ok" or "am i getting screwed (which lets be honest it happens more often than you want to admit in this industry)? This is a company that truly understand how painstaking construction is even when everything runs smoothly, and they are with you every step of the way. AI would highly recommend Mike and his company. I am competent with plumbing repairs and have most of the tools needed to fix issues but I am not at all familiar with sprinkler systems. I originally reached out to Mike for an issue with a broken sprinkler head. After I described my problem and sent him a few photos, he spent 10+ mins on the phone explaining to me what I needed to buy and the best way to fix it. He even gave me some pointers on some common issues that I might have when trying to fix it and how to avoid them. Even though I was intent on having someone else fix it due to an overloaded schedule, the fix ended up being as simple as Mike had described and I had it fixed within 15 mins. I sincerely appreciate Mike's willingness to get my problem fixed quickly and without running up a huge repair bill. I can honestly say I have never had an experience with a service company like this. Usually, they do not want to discuss the issue in too great of detail but would rather "get a technician to come out and assess it" right away. So, instead of a $300 repair bill, I was able to take care of it myself for less than $10 in parts. Thanks again for all your help, Mike!

AWe just received our permit today for our solar panel installation and had a great experience with EcoForce. Patty and the entire EcoForce team were fantastic to work with and very professional throughout the entire process. We were very pleased that the entire process took only two months from first signing the contract until receiving the permit. We also installed a whole house fan and upgraded our entire house to LED light bulbs.
