He hired the right people to do the plans and fought with the city and made sure everything was in compliance during a pandemic. He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic. ARoy Mathis MovingThis is an excellent moving company! I chose this company because of the great reviews, they are family owned and they have been in business for many years. From the beginning, Ava the scheduler was very accomodating. I had to change my scheduled move twice because the new house was not yet move in ready. At one point, the day I needed was booked but Ava went above and beyond and got us movers! The movers, Charro and Mario arrived early! When they were leaving the first house, the owner stopped by to drop off a third mover. He came over to ask me how everything was going, and helped the guys a little before he left, he was great! I had been living in the same home for almost 40 years. This was my first time moving and, as you can imagine I was very disorganized. The movers, Charro has over 15 years of moving experience with the same company and knew exactly what to do, he was very helpful and had great suggestions. Mario was very nice, both were great guys! I felt very comfortable knowing they were so experienced. When they arrived at the new house, they were so patient and accommodating because I was still figuring out where to put the furniture. I am very thankful for their hard work and advice. If you are moving, this is a great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!- Ana P.

Thankfully they were able to take my sofa, table and two chairs to a local charity and donated them. They then sent me a receipt of my donation! BI spent quite a bit of time reminding them how to do the job...which I found frustrating. They spent more time looking at their cell phones then doing the job that could've been completed in a day! They also arrived late 3x or not at all and rescheduled multiple times. And last but not least.....they did not bring a truck to hall away the waste. Which is still sitting in my backyard awaiting for removal.😒

AHe arrived and I explained what was needed and he gave a reasonable quote which was also the final price. In a few days he returned at the time on which we agreed. He did a very professional job and used very good equipment to install the drip system. His work with the cactus and tree trimming also pleased me. I have waited six weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything worked. It does and I am very pleased.
