AThe Window Blind Connection Inc.Neil and his installer Gabriel did an extraordinary job on the window treatments for our new home. The execution of the shades themselves, their boxes, and their motorized mechanism was all very high quality -- our house looks amazing now. Neil has great taste, he's very knowledgeable, he cares a lot about making customers happy, and he has a direct and forthright manner I like very much. His installer Gabriel is highly skilled and equally knowledgeable. Both Neil and Gabriel stopped at nothing to make sure we were completely satisfied - we had a few minor issues with a couple of the blinds, the type of thing that a lot of contractors would try to say was unimportant, nothing-I-can-do, etc. Not Neil and Gabriel -- they made sure that every one of our concerns was addressed until they achieved full perfection. I enthusiasticaly recommend them and in fact intend to use them again in the medium term on other windows in our home that we didn't get to yet.- Jason M.

Over the years, I have only replaced one window treatment (for an updated look) and just recently this year had one window blind repaired. The wand broke on the blind and Neil repaired it rather than my having to replace it. It's nice that he/his company is still around after 20+ years. He is a professional running a reputable company-- quick, organized, he's trustworthy and has a pleasing personality. I appreciate that Neil was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. AIt went great. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient. They were able to detach the shade and take it out to their van to do the repair, which I appreciated due to COVID protocols. Reinstallation of the shade went smoothly. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

ADavid met with us at the location. We did a walk through of the tenant's unit. He advised to remove all the furniture and belongings as the unit was abandoned by the tenant. He also recommended that he will spread baking powder over the kitchen and bathroom floor to remove the stench. This was a basic rehabilitation of replacing the carpet and vinyl. In the bathroom his crew cleaned and refinished the tub and all the tiles. The painting was 2 coats plus primer, sanding and washing in the 684 square foot 1 bedroom/ 1 bath. They also replaced the smoke alarms. We were able to reduce the price by doing some of the prep work by removing the light fixtures, light switches, curtain rods, toilet, bathroom cabinet and mirror. We replaced the windows ourselves. The crew started within a few days of the inspection and worked quickly even though it was raining. They completed their work in about 3 weeks. The cigarette stench no longer exists too which is amazing. We replaced the stove and refrigerator. We have used DC Keeton previously and are very satisfied with his thorough work. We will continue to use him.

AGreat! I took in the old, battered and barely living window screens. I was told they were not repairable. I was asked if I wanted to replace them, so I did. The price was fair. The work was nice and clean. The screens were ready for pick up as promised. I will use them again. Thanks!

AThe work done is absolutely beautiful! We had hardwood floors, carpeting , and tile work done. Dave guided us through every step and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
