AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. ACraft Builders ConstructionBased upon reviews on-line (Yelp, NextDoor, etc.) We hired Craft Builders to install a new roof on our home. They showed up On Time every day of the project. Their quote was reasonable and accurate. Top notch materials and products were used. The project was completed as scheduled and Everything was cleaned up around the entire house so you never knew they were there. I would strongly recommend Chris and his crew for any home project needed. They can do it all!- John H.

From the first consultation, he gave tremendous time and detail to what we could anticipate if we were to hire him for our project, a full bathroom remodel. Aviv always carried himself with utmost professionalism, while establishing and maintaining a personal relationship, with constant, open and timely communication. ARoseGold Builders & DesignWe chose Rosegold Builders for a large kitchen and bathroom project that took 3+ months due to the COVID-19 timing. It was a fantastic decision because the crew treated us like family, were incredibly communicative, and professional, kind and did a fantastic job. Even when they did the initial demolition, they left our house swept and ready for us to walk through. It's a best-case scenario for having contractors in your house every day. ABabylon Builders - Home & Landscape ContractorI cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. I came across Babylon Builders and after having a conversation with Ron I got excited thinking this could really happen. Ron came to the house within a few days and brought Juan and the crew so we could all go over exactly what we were hoping for. We hired their team instantly. They were very efficient, creative, and neat in their cleanup every day which was so important to me. Juan thinks outside the box and is a great problem solver in addition to being very talented in his ideas. Every day we would go outside several times a day to watch the magic happen. Juan and Ron fielded many questions and were always ready to answer our numerous questions. Ron and Juan are great people and take pride in their work. Their price was great too. ARoseGold Builders & DesignAviv was definitely great to work with. We needed help with our first floor - it was feeling cramped, old, and we were looking for someone who could see the potential. We had met with several contractors in our area and we never felt like we could trust the person across from us, until we met with Aviv. During our initial meeting, Aviv definitely saw the great potential and came up with an idea that could achieve our end goals but not lose the functionality of our space. The subcontractors that Aviv works with are top notch and have the utmost respect for the work that Aviv does. Everyone was always very professional, even when I was working from home while they were working away on the remodel. Aviv kept us up to speed on budget and we were easily able to stay within the range we planned for. We thought about it several years. We researched, planned, saved and interviewed several companies. We wanted a general contractor that could handle all our needs (one stop). We met with Yani of Shefer Builder twice. We shared our budget, our wants, and our concerns. It’s important you find someone you feel comfortable with and can have confidence in. It’s your home after all. He made us feel excited about the possibilities and his portfolio was extensive. He had loads of ideas and thoughtful ways and places we could make our dreams come true. We’d lived in our 1950s home for 20 years. Everything needed updating. From the roof down to new flooring, new windows, doors, outside stucco, and a gorgeous new open floor plan kitchen (removed a wall) and bathroom! We couldn’t be happier now! The end result is amazing. It looks like something in a magazine. Yet very livable. Yani helped with choosing wall colors, tile, flooring and fixtures. They built a new master walk-in closet with custom organizers. Added crown molding and pocket lights throughout and durable pretty flooring. During the process Yani stayed in touch constantly and sent pictures of the progress. If we had a question he was very responsive in returning a call or text. They had to come back multiple times due to lack of knowing what was actually supposed to be replaced. They also left to big pieces of old fence in my yard that is yet to be picked up. I have requested 2 or 3 times, and it still hasn’t been picked up
