    This went extremely well. The inspection was done by the company owner, who was the first (of 3) services to figure out how the rats were getting into the house. When I mentioned the noises in the wall, he went back under the house and nailed that problem spot as well. The actual work was done in record time. They were prompt and due to a weather issue, had a double crew, which they turned loose on the house. Our ground level vents were removed and rodent proofed in such a way that you can't tell they have 3 layers of prevention now built in. And the 2 year warrenty is pretty darn cool. They will come back and get rodents out, living or dead for the next two years, or resolve any other rodent issues.

    The inspector was thorough, but the service itself appeared to be very expensive for the short amount of time it took. When I asked a question, one employee clearly did not know the answer but started making up statements. Later his college, who decided to not BS me, actually gave me the truth. I was not sure I could trust their information after that.

    MM located the termite infestation and got rid of the bugs by drilling small holes, scoping the space in the walls to confirm, and then injecting a foam that kills the termites over time while they spread it to all other colonies. The place was neat afterwards, no toxic fumes, etc. and the holes were inconspicuously filled. So I was quite happy... Cost $2 K with guarantees out to 5 years. Only 3 months have gone by but I don't think ill see those termites again.

    This is the second time I used this company. The company knows pest control and I like how they focus on non toxic methods. My techs Gus and Robert and inspector Kirk were all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the treatment plan, answered my question on the comprehensive termite report and the office team followed up throughout the entire process to make sure I was satisfied. You can tell the company and employees are committed to providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

    They come every month like clockwork and we haven't seen any ants in forever. The ants used to be so thick, I think we may have been living on top of an anthill. My daughter-in-law, who really hates insects of all kinds, is especially happy to not see those ants anymore :)

    Went well.  A bit heavy on paper-work.  I understand that premier wanted legal protection, but this was a bit over the top in my opinion.
    Otherwise, the work was done well and a proper cleanup was completed a bit ahead of schedule.

    Everything went fine. The deal was to get one spray and then a second spray if the first one was not efficient. The ants were back. So, a second one was necessary. My wife was the one who was there when they did that spray and she said that they weren't as efficient as they were a couple of years ago when we used their service. But, overall, I'm satisfied with it.

    Complete Pest Control
    I received an estimate to eliminate the rodents- $247, and an estimate to
    secure the entry points- $680.00**.  I scheduled an appointment to
    first address the rodent problem.  A representative showed up on time,
    and baited the house.  Then they came back after a couple of weeks to verify the rodents were gone and to seal up the entry points.
    They did get rid of the rodents and have no complaints, but  the
    materials they use to seal up the home are not a long term
    solution-steel wool in holes etc.   A couple of months later we hired a
    contractor specializing in permanent solutions for rodent barriers.  I
    would suggest using this company for rodent elimination only.
    **The actual price we paid was $460.  We negotiated a discount
    because a worker allowed one of my dogs to get out.  Their employee did
    not shut the dog pen door behind him and also left the basement and
    front door open.  I understand mistakes happen but how it was handled
    was the reason for the negotiated price. 
    I was present and the worker had the opportunity to tell me
    immediately of the problem.  Instead he chose to tell a a co-worker, 
    and together they "chased" after my dog.   At least 10 minutes later I
    was informed that my dog had gotten out but by then he was long gone. 
    If the worker had the integrity to inform me immediately my dog would
    not have gone missing for a day.    
    The office was was very apologetic and offered to pay for a dog
    grooming.  I asked for a reduction in the price instead.  The discounted
    price was mutually accepted.
    I gave them a "C" in professionalism because I cannot fault a whole company for an "F" performance by one of their employees

    It was okay, but I had problem scheduling it, but eventually basically they are supposed to call me and may be attempted to call me, but one phone call and then I had to try to reach them and it took me about I don't know may be four weeks if I get a hold of somebody they would say I would call and I will email the person and finally I took it upon on my own hands and I called them and was able to schedule the first of two of the spraying and now I goes back for the second one so that is pretty much it. I was not charged anymore than deal. They were supposed to come and do two sprays for me. The guy who came over was really nice, really knowledgeable and it worked that is I haven't raised any complaint actually. I like the guy who came out and spray the house, but then the customer service was lowest. They are supposed to call me but they never did. I would use them again if I can get my second spraying without any hassles yes, but otherwise probably not.

    It worked out fine.  The company was great, as well as their service.  They came back a second time to resolve the ant issue.  Scheduling was easy to do however they showed up late for the second visit.
