    Initial phone call to CreditDr describing my needs was very pleasant -- did NOT feel like I was calling a call center at all. I had a good conversation with someone who was NOT trying to sell me. He explained the fee structure and scheduled the consult with Scott. The phone consult with Scott went very well. Scott reviewed my credit report, identified a few potential items but was very honest and said those items will not make much of a difference in my particular situation. He said he was happy to take my money, then said he honestly in my particular situation he wouldn't recommend me spending the money. What GREAT SERVICE! Scott was honest and wasn't interested in signing me up for the fee. AWESOME! We agreed that if the mortgage lender identifies a problem, then I'm coming back to Scott and he can get to work on it. I'm a HUGE FAN of CreditDr now.

    The service was terrific. It was worth every penny to me and I didn't get estimates on this. It was just great. Plus I had been having difficulty with the location of that switch since we bought this house 11 years ago. So, he put it in a really easy place. All I have to do is hit the switch and the fireplace comes on.

    I was hired by SQ General Manager Shawn B. to do graphic design & production work. I met with Shawn approx 5 times at their office. I designed and submitted hi-res print-ready files for an urgent trade show job for one of their repeat customers. When I submitted my Invoice, I was ignored by both Shawn & owner Ramy B.
    After waiting 4 months, I sent a 'final notice' invoice and this prompted a very aggressively worded email from Ramy accusing me of sending him a 'made up invoice' - as he called it. He said that he would not pay because he did not authorize the work and it's his company! Wow. Besides the fact that his GM had 'ordered the work', Ramy had also been in the office every time I stopped in. 
    I was refused payment for the work and in fact was never paid. I saw several photos on Instagram of several large scale banner/wall graphics using MY design. They had never acknowledged to using my art. (Although that is beside the point, the work used or un-used would be PAID because it was indeed ordered.) 
    The point being is that SQ collected handsomely on the job but would not pay me, the artist. I spent many hours to complete the design & production work to meet their urgent deadline and I gave them a very reasonable rate. Ramy refused payment for a completely bogus reason, which is thievery. I recommend finding a trustworthy sign company, there are SO many better choices.

    I spoke with Marcelo on April 5 and scheduled an appointment for today, May 3. Marcelo was supposed to be at my home between 9-9:30 am. When he didn't show up I called his number and the phone was picked and then disconnected. I tried to call again two times and left voicemail's both times. He finally followed up, giving me numerous excuses. I told him that I needed time to process everything- only to be disconnected by him again. Needless to say I will not be using him.

    The packing went very well. Moving day as well was a breeze. They moved our stuff cross country into another storage facility so I do not know the extent of what might be damaged but I can tell you they broke my grandmother's antique table, several wardrobe boxes were crushed and there was some scratches on other pieces. Not pleased with the damage so far.

    I hired Crescent Canyon to manage my rental condo, and this is the first time I've ever rented out a property.  From day one, my experience with them has been positive: The staff have been very attentive, responsive, and easy to reach.  Furthermore, their work has been professionally done, and they appear to be experienced with what they do.
    My initial in-person meeting with someone at CC (Jon) went well and he clearly explained all that was involved in renting out my condo, and how his company would help.  He was very flexible in meeting immediately and evaluating my condo.
    Once I decided to sign with CC, they quickly cleaned up and fixed up the condo to be ready for rental.  This was conveniently done without me needing to be there.  Because they have their own contractors, communication between CC, the contractor, and myself was seamless.
    They also handled all rental listings (on several major websites), showings, and rental applications, credit/background checks, etc.  They kept me apprised with who had submitted rental applications so that I could make an informed decision on who to accept.  Signing a tenant was likewise handled without a problem.  I'm very happy with the tenant that ultimately rented, and still is renting, my place.
    Issues with the rental, such as appliances breaking down, have been brought to my attention quickly and resolved accordingly.
    CC also acts as the primary contact for the rental unit with the HOA management company which they handle very well.  I'm copied on all correspondence from the HOA manager, but I rarely need to respond to issues.
    The CC team is always very easily reached and they give me the sense of providing direct attention via individuals' e-mails and phone numbers, i.e. not like having to work through a 1-800 hotline.  The staff are friendly, reasonable, and professional.
    Finally, the cost of their services is very competitive, and I really believe I'm getting the best value out of my money with Crescent Canyon when comparing with other rental management companies.

    Man With a Truck Moving
    Made an inquiry for a pickup and delivery via AL email. No response from this guy. I've read another review with the same story, so I'm not surprised. Called the number and got a recording saying they're "receiving a high volume of calls" and referring me back to the website. Sounds like BS to me. Extremely unprofessional. This was my first AL inquiry. If this is the way AL is gonna' be, I've been ripped pf by AL!
