It went very well. I can't say enough positive things about Steve. The quality of his work, his knowledge, his great attitude were absolutely wonderful. I'm thrilled to have met him and will certainly recommend him highly..

    Mike's Computer Repair
I contacted Mike by phone and he was available to do the tune up. Before we started, he advised me of the steps he was going to take to complete the tune up. It was going to take about 40 minutes to one hour to complete. A virus was found at which time he called me to ask me if i wanted it removed because it would involve about two more hours (if i remember correctly). He also advised me that he capped his charges so even though he worked a few hours more than expected, the final charge was well worth it. Mike was very patient with answering my questions and offered very helpful suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed help with their computer.

Now we can professionally communicate with our clients and team members in an efficient manner.  No more multiple address books!
Great website, we now look modern and have already signed up a new client because of the website.
An online platform, not just the website and domain, but a total solution for our team to communicate on!

An investment that has already been paying dividends...

Went well, except that my computer was older and it took longer to clean. Very Professional service and both the tech and owner had the joy of trying to work on my machine! Would definitely use them again. Only advise, if you do this, plan on spending at least a couple of hours for them to work you machine, max time.

Everything went well with initial communications.  I gave them remote control of my commuter, and after they finished, my PC was functioning normally, although still a little slow.  My only complaint is that I have never gotten a report on what they found or what they did.

Rob called and showed up quickly (and on time). He quickly fixed the problem and charged me less than I expected for the job. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend WeFixPrinters.

    Southbay Technology Gurus
This is an overdue review. I first went to Chris May of 2012 when my computer tower wouldn't turn on. Chris quickly diagnosed that it was the power supply. Luckily he had one in hand for my old UPC model. I paid for the part at the same price it was sold online. Chris not only changed the power supply, but made sure my systems were updated and my computer ready to go.
Then this last April, my computer got a nasty malware/virus  that shut down my computer. For $100, Chris rebooted my computer and upgraded my systems once again. He even gave me a free a wireless antenna for the model of my CPU I didn't have anymore.

I couldn?t be happier.  I brought my laptop to Chris and he confirmed?while I waited and at no charge BTW?a friend?s diagnosis that the motherboard was dead.  The next day I brought my new laptop to him just before his shop closed?fully expecting to
leave it and pick it up in a couple of days--and he said not only could he get me up and running but he?d do it while I waited.  (Let?s face it, when your laptop is dead you need another one like, yesterday.)  Well, we had no idea from the outset, but the entire process took a grueling 6 hours.  When he powered up the machine there were 49 updates to Windows 8 alone, he installed a new antivirus program that found 2 viruses, MS Office had to be installed, 100G of content on iTunes needed to be transferred, he set up my online backup and let it run, etc.  Had it been me, I?d have torn my hair out but Chris remained unruffled.  We munched on a pizza, guzzled soda and listened to Pandora radio on his awesome sound system.  And the price for all this was
ridiculously low.  Needless to say I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.  He has three tiers of support?remote, in the shop, and onsite.  Chris is not only a computer guru but he truly understands the meaning of customer service.

    TechGuys Inc
I was looking to pre-wire my new construction home for CAT 6, audio, video, data, telephone and surveillance, all run to a central media closet.  After looking on Angie's List and doing some research,  I called Tech Guys.  Michael came to the job site, and was very informative.  Michael came up with a great plan.  The quote was very competitive.  The team came out on time, was very professional and did an amazing job.  The details were very well thought out and organized.  All the wires were neatly run.  All the wires were labelled and organized by zone.  The speaker brackets were placed for optimum sound and also keeping in mind what would look best.  They added pre-wiring for a video intercom and didn't add an extra charge.   The price actually came in under the estimate.  Tech Guys definitely exceeded my expectations.
