    Absolutely fantastic! Jesse was prompt in every step along the way. From initial call, helping me provide the info he needed to diagnose issue, providing a quote (which was very reasonable), arriving on time and super great customer service! He also made some recommendations to improve the set up of my washer and dryer; I'm going to schedule an additional service call for this! I highly recommend Jesse and his company!     Mike gave me 2 estimates, $260 or $320, I said do what's best. After less than 2 hours, he hands a bill for $899 with absolutely NO warranty. The fridge works better but has a mild rattle, Mike was unfriendly the entire time. If he had told me the prices before he did the repairs, it wouldn't have been such a shock.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    I bought Sears insurance because I was told Sears would have the parts on the truck; not true. The repair guy comes out does a diagnosis, orders parts which are mailed to you. After the parts arrive you schedule another appointment, be advised that they service certain areas on certain days and times so appts are not that flexible. After 6 appointments the frig still isn't working properly. You probably think that I have an old frig; it was ~ 1.5 yrs old but the parts took weeks to arrive. I had several repairmen here and the door is now dented. They have sent me two badly scratched doors to replace it and it took more than 6 week for the first door to arrive. This started in September; it���s now March and the repair and damage still isn���t complete. The appts are a farce, they say they are coming from 8-12, at 12 they tell you it will be 2:30 they show up at 3:30 and say they need to come out on another day as the repair takes 5 hours. It would have been cheaper to give me a new frig. If you change an appt you get many days of computer generated calls and texts. For some reason Sears can���t cancel or change appts in their system. The automated appointment scheduler won���t put you through to an operator regardless of what you say or if you press zero. There are no managers to speak to on the phone most have very thick accents and are difficult to understand. All they can do is schedule appts.

    Robbi and his friend worked 2 hours and were extremely professional, helpful and took great care moving the new machine upstairs and assembling and checkout of the new equipment. Actually, when I found out I really needed to buy a new treadmill, Robbi helped me determine what would be the right treadmill to buy based on how I used the machine. He is honest, wonderful and I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing fitness equipment repair or assembly. He was an excellent resource for me and I would highly recommend his service.

    On the night before Christmas Eve day my stove went out. I call him at 9 pm the night before Christmas Eve. He couldn't come out because this is my daughters birthday but I will see what I can do.��This guy actually came on Christmas Eve day and fixed my oven it was amazing.�� He even had the part that I needed. It only took him a half an hour to get the work done. He was pretty proactive. I think he didn't want to come out but he responded to the necessity of the situation.

    Richard @ Mr. Appliance of South Bay took a great deal of time & effort to be sure that the repair work completed for the dryer was covered under the warranty. Chris, the tech, was a very sociable & upstanding person. He was very experienced in his job and took time to explain everything to me. He was on time at both appointments, very considerate of keeping my home clean as he came in & out, and cleaned up around the working areas. I'm so glad that I selected this company, and would have them back again if needed. My only concern was the cost was a little higher then expected to clean the vents.

    I've called upon Appliance Guard a couple of times now (for a potential refrigerator problem and this oven problem) and both times the technician has been on time, called 15 minutes prior to arriving (like the main office said they would) and fixed the problem quickly. In the case of the fridge 'issue' it was pointed out that I didn't close the freezer door properly and the overnight frost created the problem. They explained the problem, checked everything out while they were there and gave me some valuable advice on the care and info on the fridge. It was simply a $40 charge for the house call. The oven igniter issue was diagnosed quickly and neatly repaired within an hour. I thought the charges were reasonable for the work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them again.

    All went well, they were on time at the early end of the window I was given. Once the reason for the problem was found (parts needed to be ordered) I was shown a work around until the repair was made. They worked around me nu-like many that would not (kind of like a take it or leave it). When the parts were in I was called and a time set. As before they arrivied at the early side of the window I was given. Would I use them again (?) without question..

    0 friends 24 reviews 1.0 star rating 10/7/2016 I tried for weeks to work with Mr Handyman. Their promise to meet and exceed my expectations was so appealing! Unfortunately, they were not able to deliver the excellent customer service that they promised. I scheduled a time for one of their handymen to come give us an estimate. The gentlemen who came to my home was kind, clean and arrived just on time. I asked for and was promised an itemized estimate within 24 hours. I paid $80 for this visit. One week from the time of his visit I called Mr Handyman because I still had not received my estimate. They sent me a very general estimate with NO itemization. I called to ask for the itemized invoice. The gentleman on the phone promised to provide it right away. One week later I still had not received it. My husband emailed Mr Handyman and asked that they refund our $80 estimate fee. They responded right away and let me know that they would refund the $$ and still provide me with the estimate. We waited yet another week and still did not receive the refund or the estimate. I called one last time to ask for both items. They promised to call me back within 24 hours to completely resolve the issue. No surprise here, I haven't received the phone call. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. If you are in need of a handyman, KEEP LOOKING!
