  • I took my bulldog here when I noticed very lethargic behavior from him. I was able to walk in with no appoiment and they dignoised him with pneumonia and started treating him right away. All the staff are very nice and the doctors are all great, feel so secure knowing my furbabies are always safe in their hands.

  • The actual medical care has been unexceptional- neither outstandingly good or bad. The problem is with the way the business is managed. Working with the staff at this place is an absolute nightmare. Horribly rude, incompetent, and dishonest front desk staff. They are always surly and act like their jobs are a chore. Worse, they lied to my face saying they had done procedures which they obviously had not. The communication between the front desk and the medical staff is terrible. Ask a question, front desk goes to let medical staff know about the question, question doesn't get answered and I have to ask again. Ask for a specific procedure, it doesn't get done. Give feedback about the poor performance and you are met with defensiveness if not outright hostility- I was hung up on. The management here is a disaster- don't trust your loved ones to these people. Go somewhere where the staff know how to behave like professionals.

  • He comes to the house, he works from an hour to an hour and a half. He mostly trains you to train your dog. He works with you on communication, eye contact, and advises you with homework. He has a lot of follow-up. He gives directions on training to sit, stay, laying down, etc. He also bonds with the dog that he's training.

  • The kid stood there with the half full syringe in his had, not knowing what to do. After about two minutes of.this fiasco I told him to get Burch. He looked at me and didn't bridge. Then I went down a hall and found Burch sitting at his desk. I told him what was happening and he stayed seated and acted irritated that I had the audacity to enter his office? After I told him several times he reluctantly got up and walked out to the treating area unhurriedly. My cat was still Alice and still looking at me for help while in agony. Burch did absolutely nothing to help put the cat out of her misery. The kid told Burch in a low voice that he only got half of the drug in. I then began telling Burch and the kid how incompetent they were. Burch was defiant, then picked up the cat, felt its heart and said, See its dead now. Hw waked away without any further comments. To this day the thought of this nightmare upsets me and my wife. The cat's agony and Burch' attitude.

  • After stating that I didn't understand what the most cost efficient way to help my dog was, he gave me an option that would only waste money to not resolve the issue is essence not much he could come up with. He shared that this hospital does not even do orthopedic surgeries however amputating the leg they were equipped to do. He then said that he would give me referrals to other vets that may be able to help. He aid he would be back with those referrals and did not return instead an assistant returned with a quote to amputate my dogs leg and to rush us out. When I asked what happened to the doctor she stated that was with another patient and that he spent too much time with me and that because of this he was now behind with. I let the assistant know that I had traveled over 100 miles to see this doctor and that he said that he would be right back with resources that could help me find a vet that could possibly help me. I stated that I was confused as to why an estimate was given for the amputation when that is not what the doctor said he was going to return with. I also stated that I had previously called spoke with a Director about the services I was told wrong information I was told you did specialized surgeries and was known for providing great resources and a refund if they could not help. So when I told the assistant this she was rude and unprofessional by stating we did beat your initial price before leaving the room she stated that we needed to leave the room because other people were waiting I demanded to see the doctor again she said he is not available and demanded that we wait in the lobby. My refund was given however I left with no answers I drove 200 miles that day for poor service and rude assistant staff. I was very disappointed.

  • They could not help me. They had a limited amount of resources when asked did they know anyone else who would be willing to except payment plans for an expensive surgery for my dogs broken leg.

  • Dr. Sig has been caring for our cats since 1990.  He saved the life of a beloved cat very ill with pancreatitis - twice.  Also, a beautiful stray cat that we intended to keep was somehow poisoned just before we were going to get him neutered.  Dr. Sig took the cat home to watch over him at night - it touched my heart so deeply to know that this veterinarian has such compassion for sick animals.  Over the years Dr. Sig and his staff have been exemplary for both routine and emergency vet care.  Sometimes the office is very crowded and a little chaotic and the wait may be longer than you'd like, but the care is worth the wait.   My experience is that Dr. Sigdestad has a great ability to diagnose, treat, and balance treatment with the best interests of the pet. How did I first find Dr. Sig?  I did some volunteer work for the Humane Society and met him at a dinner where someone there couldn't say enough good things about him. That's when I knew as soon as we adopted a cat, Dr. Sig would be our vet - and he has been ever since.   I'm sure there are many fine veterinarians out there, but Dr. Sig seems to have an extra something that makes him stand out as an advocate for animals who are in difficult situations.

  • I had an experience with one of the other doctors there that I didn't care for when Dr. Hanson wasn't there, but I go to him all the time and he's wonderful. Everything is good, but I think their prices are high.

  • I have been using Redlands Animal Hospital since September of 2012. I
purchased a Goldendoodle puppy and wanted nothing but the best treatment
from a vet. This is exactly what we have received at Redlands Animal
Hospital. The reception staff is very friendly. The doctors are
extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My puppy just got spayed in
January. I dropped her off at 7:30 am on Wednesday and picked her up on
Thursday at 5pm. She was very happy and totally herself when I picked
her up. She was fully recovered within 48 more hours. Redlands Animal
    Hospital did a great job.

  • Everything went as expected. Checked in a few minutes late and filled out paperwork, was brought in about 10 minutes later and cats were checked over, vaccines given, and then taken to get blood drawn. All staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to care for animals. All questions answered and the vet went over options for any tests that I wanted done (I had them all done which added a significant amount to the price). I was happy with the care and there were no issues. Cats were nervous, which is expected, but the staff seemed to do very well with them.
