  • Provider name locked. was very communicative and responsive to my voicemail and email message.  Based on reviews, I was pretty confident this was the company to use.  I had a personal recommendation from a friend but opted to go this route as it was much more convenient to have the mobile service vs. having to take the car somewhere. In short, I'm glad I had Provider name locked. do the work.  Provider name locked. promptly returned my call and was able to get me on his schedule pretty quickly.  He was also able to shift his day around sequence wise to fit me in sooner vs. later -- which I VERY MUCH appreciated.   He showed up on time, introduced himself and his assistant and jumped right into work.  I was embarrassed my car was such a mess on the inside.  Provider name locked. and his assistant did a great job.  I was especially surprised with the carpet results.  I wasn't sure what to expect for my tan carpet and I was shocked at how well the carpet came out.    They did a great job overall and I will definitely use them again!  If you are overdue to get this done, don't hesitate to give them a call.  They do great work, Provider name locked. is a hard working man, and he operates with high integrity.  Pair that up with someone who actually shows up when they say they will and you've got a rock star combination!  I highly recommend Provider name locked. !
  • I reached out to Lexus Roadside assistance which subcontracts with Provider name locked. asking for help recharging a dead battery.  The battery is a 1 year old Interstate battery and merely needed recharging as a result of the lights in the car being left on overnight.  I called Lexus which advised me that my roadside assistance through them had expired but that they would transfer me to Provider name locked. and they would provide the same roadside service at a cost.  Great!  When I spoke with the Provider name locked. operator we agreed on a fee of 73.00 to come and jump start the car. The gentlemen arrived w/in 30 minutes to jump start the car. He was very friendly.

BUT here comes the cautionary tale!  He first advised me that my battery "does not look good at all",  "might be a potential leak",  "look at the corrosion on this".  He agreed to give it a try while he qualified the following:  did I still have the paperwork from where I got it, did I know if my 1 year old Interstate battery was still under warranty? It is dated and boldly says it has a 5 year warranty on the top of the battery.

He affixed the grips while I attempted to start the car, NOTHING.  Tried a second time and NOTHING.  He said that he would run a "test" on the battery.  Which he did and declared that it "must have a dead cell!"  This is when he launched into sales mode.  He said he could replace my battery and get me on my way in 10 minutes with a Provider name locked. quality battery that would only cost me an additional $175.  He claimed it was the same one the used in Maserati's.  He said he would clean off the corrosion for me for no additional cost because left unattended it would grow and eat away my cables that Lexus would charge me over $1000 to replace.

Hmmm.  This seemed a bit fishy to me, as I clearly had left the lights on all night and the battery was of good quality and relatively new. I quickly googled "battery replacement Provider name locked. " and guess what I got... several online reviews alluding to a "Provider name locked. scam" where they try and sell replacement batteries that are not warranted.  So I asked him to see the readout form the test indicating the "bad cell" and told him I had the paperwork from when I bought the battery.  If it did need to be replaced I would need to keep the battery he took out and take it back to redeem my warranty.

Suddenly, he thought he had an idea!  He would brush off some of the corrosion and try to start the car again!  Guess what?  It started right up!  I guess I did not need his new battery after all! Really dude???  But,  I left wondering to myself how many times does he get away with this???  My son said he did not see him hook up both the positive and negative grips the first time he tried to start the car.  This I can not say for sure, but based on the rest of my experience I would not doubt it.

NO doubt Provider name locked. roadside assistance is good when you need a jump start or have a flat or need a tow. BUT BEWARE... get a second opinion before you "buy" anything from them.  Such a shame as they used to be known as such a reputable organization.

  • My father took his Subaru Provider name locked. in to Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. in Provider name locked. for an oil change.  You can't beat their prices for oil changes - that's for sure!  He drove it home (only a mile and a half away from the store) and it sat for a week.  During the weekend he took it for a longer spin and the car's transmission locked up on the freeway.  We had to tow it to King's Transmission for an evaluation.  Turns out that the front differential was completely empty of fluid and the engine crankcase had double the amount of oil.  The only explanation was that the mechanic drained the differential by mistake and then overfilled the crankcase thinking he had drained the crankcase properly.
Provider name locked. went over to King's and took a look.  They decided that they were at fault without pushback.  They paid King's transmission's diagnostic fee and the towing fee as well.  They also fired the mechanic who botched the oil change.
Provider name locked. replaced the transmission and even detailed the engine bay.  After the repair there was a noise coming from one of the wheels and they fixed that too, free of charge.
Throughout this ordeal I dealt with Provider name locked. , the service manager.  He is GREAT.  Whenever I go to the shop I observe how the other customers interact with him.  You can tell that Provider name locked. is well respected and liked.
For those of you who are hesitant to bring your vehicle into Provider name locked. because of the mistake, I offer these words of advice:
All humans make mistakes.  Mechanics are human and will screw up.  The best shops are those that, when they make a mistake, take responsibility for their mistakes and resolve it.  Having worked on cars for years I can say that a lot of shops will choose to cover up their mistakes and feign surprise when you find out your lug nuts or oil drain plugs are cross-threaded or an exhaust stud got snapped off.
Even though Provider name locked. screwed up my dad's oil change, I told him to continue to use Provider name locked. .  In fact, I brought my own vehicle in as well.  You can't put a price on honesty and good customer service.
