    Doctor Patch
    We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling from our upstairs bathroom that required the drywall to be cut out and Doctor patch repaired our drywall. They responded quickly to our quote request and had a technician quickly respond to our residence for a free quote. Quote was fair, affordable, and detailed. They were accommodating and completed repairs within a couple days of initial contact. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and work was completed promptly and done well. I would recommend Doctor Patch for any drywall repairs.

    Simpex Repipe & Plumbing
    I hired Simpex to repipe my home. They did the repipe on the first day. On the second day, their patchwork foreman decided to break my screen window then lie about how it got broken even though I had seen him break it. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen before the patchwork team arrived and after they left. The pictures say it all. I was even standing behind one of their employees who put his filthy boot on my nook to gain leverage to put my smoke detector back instead of just using a ladder. AVOID Simpex and go with anyone else. Very unprofessional. The fact that they attempted to defend the criminal act of vandalism even though I had the evidence just demonstrates how amateurish this company is. BEWARE of Simpex and keep your home cameras focused on them the entire time because I guarantee you'll find something criminal being done to your home. The patchwork team even arrived very late and required a call to the office just to get their attention. Now I will have to get the work verified, take inventory of my property to ensure they didn't steal anything and get the property THEY DAMAGED fixed. AVOID SIMPEX. What really made me even angrier was that after I saw him break the window screen, I immediately went downstairs and confronted him by asking him what happened to it just to see if he would be honest and own up to it. Of course the foreman LIED to my face. The foreman actually had the nerve to lie about it and tell me that it flew off the house and got damaged. I guess the foreman isn't aware that cameras are everywhere and that my bedroom window was right above where this happened. Like I said, amateur and unprofessional. If their foreman can commit a criminal act and lie about it, that should speak volumes about the company as a whole.

    I asked this vendor provide an estimate for minor repairs of my irrigation system. Vendor messaged that they would send a quote immediately. After several days and attempts at follow up, vendor finally sent an estimate for services not requested (complete system replacement). I called the vendor and discussed that this was not what I requested and I again asked for a new quote for the minor repairs. Again, after multiple attempts, vendor has not sent updated quote as promised. Poor response, poor customer service, and completely wasted my time.

    The project came off beautifully. Ken was reliable, professional, and did beautiful work. He worked closely with us to help us realize our goals without over-spending or over-remodeling. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. He has worked for us, as well as for some of our friends and family--everyone has had excellent experiences and would hire again.     I now want to live in my pool house! We had Josue remodel our pool house and it came out amazing. New walls, cabinets, doors and paint. I couldn't have asked for more. The work was done in the time promised and he was always there on time. I would highly recommend him for any remodel anyone would need and I will be giving him more business soon.

    Came out for a estimate ... Came out for Job walk and had a few questions and completed ... Texted 3 - 4 hours later he cancelled on us after signing contract and agreeing on a start date and after a on site meeting ... Reason : Short on staff and job expectations to difficult to meet and or complete ?? Beware talks a big game on experience but must get Dads approval to continue work even after signing an agreement ?? Very Shady and a big waste of our time !!

    Great! The team was really responsive and were able to work quickly. We had a list of 10 minor plumbing items that needed to be replaced throughout the house and they were able to quote from the inspector report and do the fixes within 2 days.

    Simpex Repipe & Plumbing
    The company president, Brian Udo came to my home and did a job walk thru with me. He explained everything that would take place and gave me a written estimate. In the end, that was the price. No hidden fees. Day one of the job about eight guys showed up at 8:15am on time as scheduled. They spent about 1-2 hours doing prep work and then blocked in the water to my home. By 3pm the water was back in service and they were done with the re-pipe part of the job. FYI, my house is a two story 2 1/2 bath home. Day two about 5 guys showed up on time as scheduled to to the patching. They started about 8:30am and finished about 5pm. The patching is so good I can't even tell where the holes were. WOW! All of the guys from the repipe team and the patching team were very nice and polite. As it turned out I had an issue with my upstairs toilet that was unrelated to the repipe, but Simpex sent put their plumber to look it over. It was a leaking gasket between the toilet tank and bowl. The plumber, Trever (great guy) replaced the gasket for a very fair $108.00 and I was back in business. During the whole project I was in contact with Jessica at their office and she was absolutely terrific. Always kept me up to speed on everything. Great company with great people. Highly recommend them

    Econo Air
    Econo Air is a complete scam job! I was referred to them through Costco to replace my furnace and Air conditioning. I had my unit installed in July of 2014 and was told by Econo Air I needed to have my unit serviced by them twice per year to remain under the factory warranty. This last service the technician came out and did his service then advised my wife we needed a $1500 inline filter because my system was under too much load. After the technician left and completed his service, my correctly working AC unit stopped working altogether. I called Econo air, and they sent the same tech out the next day, and he informed I needed the inline filter because my system was under too much load. I knew the was complete BS, so I requested the manager "Matt" come out. I am sure glad I got the entire repair on video from my phone and my Ring camera! Matt had discovered that the original tech had hooked up my fan and condenser correctly to resister, causing the unit to run, then overheat, then shut off. I did the vicious cycle for 24 hours. The Econo Air techs refused to give me any paperwork, and the corporate office refuses to provide me with any paperwork regarding this incidence. I now fear the AC unit hooked up incorrectly may cause long term damage. I always thought I was safe if Costco referred me to a company, but now I am entirely scared of any company Costco refers, they refuse to do anything about this.

    Use these people!!! So...I had a tiny job, a simple repair...already another company had declined, and I totally understood. When I called All American, I spoke with the very personable Blanca, who immediately set up an appointment. Both she and Jesus Perea showed up as scheduled, Blanca with her case of samples, ready to take on any scope of job. Although she was hoping to sell me an entirely new awning, they inspected the situation and agreed that really all it needed was stitching because the fabric and the awning were still fine. I offered to get a handyman to install it if they fixed it, thinking at that point it would probably just not be worth their time at all. They could have quoted a steep price for their time, the trip from Santa Ana and a nuisance job but....No! Instead Jesus said they would just take it and fix it for free as it was a minor job. FREE! Who does this?!? Blanca explained that Jesus just has a big heart and wanted to help solve the problem! I was amazed...and even more amazed when Jesus called me LATER THAT SAME DAY to see if I would be home the next day so his guys could come and install it. Friendly Michael and Ramon showed up early for their appointment and in no time my repaired awning was up and working! Of course I gave them a payment but it no doubt did not cover the time and effort of 4 people involved. I sometimes get discouraged at the current state of our world, with so many negative vibes out there, but then something like this happens and reminds me how many good people there are in the world. I was smiling for the rest of the day. I can't speak to their work on big projects, but I can speak to their professionalism, integrity and generosity of spirit. I would say that's a good starting list if you are looking for a contractor.
