    I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn���t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn���t closing so that the oven wouldn���t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them.

    Chris did an excellent job on the repair of both the freezer and gas burner on my stove. He always gives an explanation as to what he is doing, and I feel that he is very honest. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone regarding my dryer that was slowly going out. That conversation helped me decide that replacing the dryer would be a better option once we talked about cost to repair. He was so nice to help me over the phone rather than charge me for a visit. I have had no trouble referring him to my friends and family.

    It worked out very good. He was excellent. One person came out to do the service. It was something that had been repaired before. He was repairing it again but they would not give me a better price. The quality was fine. He was very nice. He left the area very clean. I didn't have a problem.

    He evaluated and diagnosed the problem right away.  Then the technician contacted me via phone to obtain my approval to complete the repair.  He replaced and tested a defective start relay.  Vicki from the office contacted me after the job was completed, and I gave her my pertinent information for payment.  This was one of the quickest, smoothest, most convenient repair service calls (on a Saturday too) that I have ever experienced.  Thank you Premier Appliance!  I will definitely call on them again when necessary.

    Jessie was able to replace the motherboard (a very expensive error on our part - the board itself costs close to $300 ).  He was able to totally redo all the wiring on the motherboard and found that the housing itself needed to be replaced.  He did not charge me anything at all until he was able to order the replacement housing and returned next week to install it.  Oven works beautifully and he was quick and very knowledgeable.  Wonderful.

    My appliances are old but high end...... like Sub Zero, Grohe, Dacor, Fisher/Paykel, etc.

    When two toilets failed, they sent out a not-so-smell-good plumber who took pictures of them.  The claim was denied because replacement parts could not be found and generic parts had been used.  

    Also, I read further into my "contract" and found that each of their repairs ( which cost $65 per visit ) are only warranted for 30 days.  Seriously?  Who in their right mind would pay an annual fee... and then $65 every 30 days for all the do-overs.... such as ML Plumbing did to us.  We called ML Plumbing 40 days after their shoddy repair job, and they said they would not even come out to look at it without another work order.... aka another $65.   I think that would be throwing good money after bad, don't you?

    BUYER BEWARE of First American Home Buyers Protection..... as well as beware of LEMUS PLUMBING in San Diego area.

    They basically told me that I need a new refrigerator. That's OK, they're right. Another company wanted to charge me almost $2,000 to and quot;fixand quot; my subzero but Box explained why that would be throwing money away. I agree with them and appreciated the honesty instead of seeking a huge repair bill. They did defrost it for me and so far so good.
    They are pricey but competent.

    STAY AWAY....COMPLETE RIP-OFF.
    We had dirty water coming from underneath the machine during a wash. I got the contact for this business from LG service so I thought they are trust worthy. I was away at work when Steve (Russian accent) came by the house but I asked my wife to call me once he diagnosed the problem. Over the phone he told me that the problem was with the drain hose. I asked him how much it would cost and he told me it would be 150 for labor and 160 for parts. I asked why it cost so much for the part and he claimed that the hose is a "special" part from LG. After the work was completed my wife called me back and told me it took him exactly 5 minutes to replace the hose on the back of the machine!!!
    There are a lot of other reputable business out there....look elsewhere.

    Technician diagnosed problem on SubZero refrigerator as plugged up water filter (five years old), replaced it, checked over entire appliance, and updated software on the appliance. Service call charge was $120 which seems somewhat high. Filter cartridge was $75, Also seemed high. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and very quick, also very friendly and clearly explained what he was doing.

    Alex Appliances

    called Alex in the late morning and even though he already had a full schedule he came by at the end of his day to take a look at our clothes dryer.  He told me that his was not professionally trained on Miele, but had worked on a few.  He had an idea what the problem was and basically had to take the machine apart to get to the thermo reset switches that are located deep inside (thanks Miele!).  It did take a while due to the terrible location of the two switches, but he was able to get us up and working again.  Its possible that someone with Miele training could have resolved it sooner, but late on a Saturday afternoon Alex was a great alternative!  He normally only works until 4:00 on Saturday, but had a great attitude until he finished up close to 6:00.
