AConstruction MastersI RARELY write reviews, but I want to explain why I am so BLESSED to have found Construction Masters! I was put in charge of helping my family remodel their home in Encino. There were many things that needed to be done: installing new tile, repairing gates and doors; restoring original bannisters, dry rot, kitchen and 2-bathroom remodels - some major things but also all the odds and ends. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the range of technical expertise was above and beyond. The workers were hard working, efficient, and highly professional, often going above and beyond to give the little extra care to the home. Throughout the whole project it was ***easy to communicate****, easy to schedule, timelines and options were clear. I could be at work and know that everything would take care of everything for me. ADeco ConstructionFred at Deco Construction did an amazing job for my parents. Their house was falling apart and they needed someone to help make improvements very badly. Fred and his crew did an amazing job with the balcony, master bathroom, guest bathroom and basement tiles. They transformed these rooms into something fantastic! They pay attention to detail and the outcome is amazing. Fred is also a great listener and can figure out what the clients wants and bring it together to make it look beautiful. I love that Metropolis Drafting and Construction is a one stop shop! Jonathan takes care of everything from the design, to the permits, and the construction. His attention to detail and his dedication to every project puts you at ease when working through a stressful project. Jonathan gutted and completely redesigned our master suit and built an ensuite for our daughter. He also completely redesigned and built and new built-in for us in our living room, which we LOVE! We love all the work Jonathan and his team has done and we will use him for all our future construction needs. ACreative Innovation Developers Inc.Working with Creative Innovation Developers has been the best experience I have ever had with a construction company. Ben, Ozzie, and Monica are extremely professional. They answer their phones, they return phone calls and emails immediately. They are punctual. Their workers upon their arrival get to work immediately. They began breaking ground on August 4th 2020 and as of today we are waiting for the city to inspect all electrical and then they will start the final phase. They've also had two dumpster trucks come and clean my property. If I ever had to have construction done again, I would not hesitate to call Creative Innovation Developers. Fthe entire process with this company has been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! job cancelled...I asked for an estimate on the installation of a screen door...a quote was given one one day and then several days later I was told that it was an incorrect estimate...new one given...no one ever came out to look at my property and take measurements...I scheduled the installation and on the day of installation the workers came with the wrong size door plus the wrong door and then they told me about additional fees that where never mentioned or put in the estimate...UNACCEPTABLE...you need to do better !!! David

AThese guys are solid. Chris is a great technician and actually cares. He is very thorough and professional. He showed me some helpful things around the house to help keep mice away. He could have tried to charge me a bunch of money for extra stuff, but he didn't. I called the company to tell them I appreciated Chris's workmanship, and the owner picked up the phone. That doesn't happen at too many places.

AFrom the moment I met Guy, I sensed he was very different from other contractors with whom I'd worked....and it was true. He wrote down, in detail, everything that was to be done and it was all completed beautifully and in a timely manner. He brought in superb craftsmen and treated them with great respect, something I've found lacking in other contractors with whom I've worked. Whenever I had a question, he responded promptly and visited often to make sure I was pleased with the work. He even built a custom support for an under-mount sink when the one provided by the manufacturer proved flimsy--something that wasn't even included in our contract! I'd developed some trust issues over the last couple years as a result of working with dishonest contractors or those whose work was of a poor quality. Guy renewed my faith. He is an honest, kind, skilled man and I will never use another contractor. Thank you, Guy!

AThis remodel went extremely well. The remodel started when promised, they cleaned up every night and never left a mess. The work was completed on time and the results were beautiful. AWe purchased a house and moved into a home thanks to Construction By Maya. We went from an 800 sq ft outdated bungalow to a 1700 sqf updated home. CBM was efficient, ran on time and on budget. Anyone who has even dabbled with construction in the past knows how rare it is to find someone who will show up, do what they say when they say they will, and see it through to the end. CBM hit every mark, every single time. Not once in our 5 month project did I wonder "when will they get back to me" "where are we holding, are we ok" or "am i getting screwed (which lets be honest it happens more often than you want to admit in this industry)?
