    Work was done very professionally. The TV was mounted and centered with an hour, and all wires were concealed . He also made very pertinent and economic suggestions regarding the installation of my TV and sound bar. I will call him back to perform additional installations in the future.

    Ordered Window Decal Clear Vinyl H: 36" x W: 36" with Inside Glass which turned out to be defective. Signazon.com failed to refund or replace. 
    We ordered  Window Decal Clear Vinyl H: 36" x W: 36" with Inside Glass for $181.42. The window decal arrived without any instructions or a number to call or a receipt.In any event, we had the decal installed by a professional due to lack of instructions and paid $75 to install by a professional in this field.
    Right upon installation the decal showed blemishes which were obvious even before the decal was placed against the glass.
    The blemishes include blemishes, bad haze, clouding, scratches, wrinkles, and blur.
    We contacted signage.com and told them about the problem and offered to return it; they refused to have it returned and said to send them a picture. We explained to them exactly what the issues were.
    We followed their instructions, and now they are refusing to address the matter honorably, and instead saying they would
    want to us pay them another $145 to replace the defective decal.
    We pleaded with them but they are steadfastly refusing to honor their obligation and correcting this problem which is clearly a defective product problem.
    Awful product and awful customer service. We will never use them again. It seems they have other complaints as well see below:

    I found him on Angie’s List. He told me that he definitely knew what was wrong with my TV, and that he could repair it. He never got back and I kept calling him for two months but he still hasn’t repaired it. He finally shows up three months later and says to me that that was not what it was and it was something else and that he could still fix it. It was just a mess. I still haven’t got a refund from him. He was unreliable. He did not do the work that he said he could do, and he is not trustworthy. I had dealt with him before and I would never deal with this guy again and that is why I went on Angie’s List to look for someone else to do it. I did not tie the name together, but once he showed up, I knew it was him. I could have just left it alone but I gave him another chance and he did the same thing again.

    We had a 8ft deep hole in the crawl space. It was allowing water to seap into our basement. We were concerned about the home structurally.and the foundation. We were also unsure what had caused the hole. David Johnson went under the home and inspected the damage. He showed us that the house and foundation was structurally sound and he made several recommendations. He told us what he suspected was the problem and how we could confirm what was happening in the crawlspace. He also told us we could not be sure until we had seen the hole in several different seasons and conditions to insure what was happening underground. (we were worried about an underground river) He advised several strategies. All of these were actually just about photographing the hole and watching rain and drain patterns and figuring out some plumbing and drainage issues. He advised us to wait and watch and make sure we knew what was happening before we did anything. We had had another contractor who had quoted 8000 worth of work, but we knew that company had no idea what was causing the hole, so we especially appreciated David's input. It is now several years later and David's original diagnosis was correct. We corrected the problem with a bit of pipe and about 50 dollars worth if work.
    We also had David check our house to see what needed to be done to make it safer in earthquakes. .As we bought this house on auction, we had no idea that it was built to incredibly high standards and that all work to increase the safety during earthquakes was already completed. That earthquake retrofit cost $50 and was invaluable for piece of mind and was highly educational.
    David was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and honest. My husband is an engineer and he when he questioned another contractor, they had no ideas about how to figure out what was happening under our home., but David has lists of ways we could figure it out ourselves with confidence. He was also reluctant do other work in our basement until the causes where known. That was also advise we should have listened too, I would highly recommend David Johnson.

    He was prompt on the first visit and seemed to be knowledgable and knew what he was doing. The power on my big screen TV wasn't working consistently--neither the button on the TV itself or from the remote.  It would come on sometimes and not at others and the problem was getting progressively worse with each passing day. He said I needed a new circuit board (I think that's what it was, it's been a couple months and I don't remember for sure) and seemed to charge quite a bit for labor in proportion to the amount of work he did and the actual cost of the parts needed, but I still felt it was better than spending thousands on a new TV.  My biggest complaint is that he said he would return the next day, or two days later at the very latest. Instead it took almost a week and there was no communication from him in the meantime explaining why he didn't come back when he said he would.  I had to call him to see what was going on and his excuse was that he bought a new cell phone and phone service hadn't switched over to it yet... or something like that.  It seemed remarkable to me that he couldn't have simply used another phone to contact me and let me know my TV wasn't going to be repaired in the time-frame originally promised.  I was also a bit uncomfortable with his demeaner. While he seems like a very nice man in general, he has a  very negative outlook on life and spent the bulk of his time at my house complaining about... well... just about everything.... including Angie's List. I found it very unprofessional. I try to be a positive person and I don't want to pay someone to tell me about everything they feel is wrong with this world.

    Ron said he could service my sewing machine for me. He was fair with the price, and he was very nice about coming to my house or letting me drop it by his house. I brought my sewing machine to his house, he was there to greet me and told me it would take a few days to service my machine. He was right on time. I came by to pick it up, brought it home and was very happy with its performance. Runs very smooth and much quieter. I am very happy with the work. I know I will go back to him and I have told my friends about Ron.

    My daughter attended Valverde for about a year and a half over all.  The place is run by the Valverde family.  They are great people.  My child felt very comfortable there.  Their recitals and shows are amazing and very well done.  In my eyes, that worked both for and against them.  VSPA is run so well that it has quickly taken off and grown considerably (or so it seems).  Now there is much less that comfortable/family run business feel to it than there used to be in the beginning.  However, they run an amazing school for performing arts and their success can only be admired.  I'd take my kids there again if they decide that dance or musical theater is for them.

    what made them stand out was receptionist also indicated prices for mobile visits and prices if i brought items to them. thier price was right! Receptionist gave me great directions to facility and the Owner helped me off load items i needed shredded and all this tight before closing time. will always use them for any future bulk shredding needs.

    Steven called to let us know that he was running about 15 minutes late, which we appreciated. He told us approximately how much it would cost, and let us know we could reduce the price, if we chose, by taking the back off ourselves. We did so, and he then tested the motherboard, and the power supply. He located one capacitor that was not functioning and he replaced it. The TV works great. He said he repairs TV's so you don't have to buy a new one. He was personable, and very capable. I would indeed hire him again.
