  • I hired Tal Mechaly for a bathrooms, living room and the entry remodeling project in my home. The remodeling project went much better than I anticipated and it was finished on time and mainly within my budget. Tal Mechaly was the perfect person to deal and work with and he was a pleasure person to have at my house. He was very professional, thoughtful, easy-going and responded person to emails, texts or voice mails that I left for him often. Tal Mechaly brought with him to my remodeling project his great team that without them, this remodeling project wouldn’t end the way it. They were all very wonderful and did stunning work. I am very satisfied with how the entire remodeling project turned out and I would totally hire Tal Mechaly again without any doubts. Tal Mechaly and Fidelity Builders are amazing!!!

  • He has worked for my family for over 12 years. Maybe more. I lost count. I have so many good things to say about Jose and his partner Cecellio. They are both super friendly and always have a smile on their face. I haven’t found a job they couldn’t do yet. Things they have done are worked on electrical, paint, add walls, take out and put in a new bathtub, tile on floor, pretty tile on walls, put in new ceiling lights and so much more. They do work in my animal barn doing things like fixing waterers, putting up fans, replacing the washers in the roof, mounting racks, securing feeders to the walls, putting up metal fencing and even hosing down the inside of the stall. No job is too big or too small for them. They also do work in my father’s medical office. You can trust these guys with your money, medications or jewelry laying around. They have keys to both my house and my dad’s office. We trust them that much! They clean up well after completing a project. They do things right the first time around. They really pay attention to detail. They actually WANT to do a good job and for you to be pleased with their work. I can’t say enough good things about these two guys. They can do it all and they do it with a smile on their face!

  • ***I WOULDN'T USE ANYBODY BUT LILLYWHITE***
I mean where do I start?  I did a rather thorough job of getting quotes from different contractors.  They all pretty much had the same tiles, plasters, etc.  They all pretty much used sub-contractors (maybe even the same ones; who knows).  Some cost a little less.  BUT, at the end of the day what separated Lillywhite was their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and patience.  I must have changed by mind about tile/plaster about 7 or 8 times.  They didn't flinch.  When I needed some cement work done and other side-jobs, they gave me a reasonable price or else were honest enough to let me know that they could not do it (some will say they know how, then do it, and mess it up; I prefer be straight with me from the start).  They noticed the check valve was broken, and so the spa would drain partially when the pump was not on--this is a hazard to the new plaster for sure.  They took care of it.  When there was a stain from the pool light caused by the rain, they jumped in the pool, full scuba and wet suit, and took care of it.  They could have just blamed it on bad luck, but they didn't do that--they handled it 100%.  When my wife wanted some crazy custom tile job (cutting out glass from a ceramic tile and inserting a different kind of glass), they gave me a reasonable price and it turned out PERFECT.  The cleaned up any mess, left the workplace clean, completed the job in about  1.5 weeks (it rained a couple of days or the may have finished it earlier), and were careful to let me know when somebody would be at my house to start work.  When I emailed them about something they would respond to me in a reasonable period of time if not right away, and they seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with their work.  I couldn't be more impressed.
That is a heck of a lot of service for what is, let's be honest, a rather small job at $15,000.

  • I hired Brandon because he'd worked on a relative's house and they were
quite pleased with his work and work ethic.  Brandon was responsive, reliable,
honest and did wonderful work.  The work I had done: remove popcorn ceilings,
install wood and tile floors, remodel 2 bathrooms, lighting, paint, new closet
& interior doors, install new facing of an existing linen closet, create a
new linen closet out of a previously wasted space, baseboards, update a
staircase (replace nasty carpet with gorgeous wood), ceiling fans, skim coat
walls, and I've probably left some out.  I was so pleased with his work that
I've expanded the scope of the project to include 2 walls of bookshelves and a
library ladder plus a built-in china cabinet, additional doors and lighting.

He kept me informed each step of the way and offered suggestions
when warranted.  He would point out where I could save money/time and then
accepted my decisions gracefully when they differed from his.  I felt all along
that he had my best interests in everything he was doing.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors (mostly through my business), always licensed ones
and Brandon (license #848840) outshines them all.

  • Let me start by saying The Pool Guys are the most professional, conscientious contractors we've ever worked with. My husband and I were impressed from start to finish! They had resurfaced our neighbor's pool earlier this year, and we really liked the look. We arranged for several estimates, and though The Pool Guys were not the cheapest, they instilled the most confidence in us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
From the beginning, working with owner April Mullins was a delight. She was friendly and courteous, unfailingly prompt, and very flexible. In their showroom, April guided us to choose the best pebble color according to the look we wanted. We never felt rushed to make decisions. She even sent us home with a box of tile and coping samples so we could make our final decisions. Several days after signing with them, I got an Angie's List booklet in the mail with a 5% discount for The Pool Guys. Even though we'd already signed the contract, April still honored the discount. Impressive!
Communication was top-notch through the entire process. Without fail, April emailed me every evening to tell me what time her crew would be arriving in the morning and what work they would be doing that day. She stopped in every single day to check on the crew and touch base with me. If I had any questions, she addressed them right away. The crew always left their area clean at the end of the workday. And when the entire job was finished, we received a lovely thank-you note from April and Tim. They are a class act.
The pool itself is absolutely gorgeous. They replaced our 29-year-old stained, chipped plaster with beautiful Pebble Tec finish. We also had them take out the cracked, stained concrete coping and add bullnose brick coping, and it made an amazing difference in the look of our pool. It's spectacular! There aren't enough words to express how happy we are with The Pool Guys!

  • Charlie responded right away to my request to replace my toilet.  Completed the job within the timeframe that he had said he would finish.  He also adjusted my shower curtain rod without me telling him to fix it.  He just did it and is now installed correctly.  I will be calling him for more projects that I need at my home.

  • We've used Bill many times in the past and have always been pleased with his work. It's not a simple painting job that he does, it's a whole process. He's reliable with great customer service and nobody in the West Coast does what he does. A lot of people say they do faux finishes, but Bill's is definitely unique.

  • John arrived on time. After explaining the areas that needed repair he went to work even taking care of some spots I had missed. He then asked if I would like a coat to protect the plaster on the bottom half of the house. I agreed and the task was completed.

  • Showed up on time,-very professional- took approx. 5 hours and answered all of my questions. This is the second time I have had them and they did a great job!
