Pest Control reviews in Rancho Cucamonga

    No nonsense
The whole process was very professional from start to finish. The service technician (Chris) inspected the whole house & patio area. He explained everything that was infected by termites & his suggestions on what should be done to eliminate the problem areas. He proceeded with injecting underground spray & replacing wooden eaves & patio beams that were infected. His work was very well done. I am very happy with the outcome.

    ABC Bee Control
ABC Bee Control is an unreliable company owned and operated by an individual that does not put the client first. Their website states...and I partially quote because the picture cover some of the text, "We guarantee every bee service and you ...will receive an outstanding warranty." Well the owner and a worker showed up on my property to remove a swarm. After speaking with him he ensured the bees will be released in "Topanga Canyon" or with a local bee keeper. I already have a pest control company (but they only exterminate) I decided to go the more humane route. They showed up with a home depot small box and duck tape, shook about half to 3/4 the bees in the box and and left the box there for 10 mins. Told me they have the queen and the rest will fly off in a day or two. The owner told me the bill was $ I paid them $200 they gave me $2 back because they did not have change...? Well the next day came and the bees were still there...i texted him - he wrote back, it will take a few days. They were still there the next day...I texted him - he called back "it might take a week, try spraying some cold water on them with the garden hose." I took his advice a few died so I stopped. I wanted the bees relocated not killed...would have used my pest service for that. A week went by and the bees were still there and I texted him again. He called at 6:30am and told me it was a 130 mile drive round trip from his location to my house. He also told me if he made the trip and there were no bees there would be an extra fee. I texted him back and told him the bees were still there and not to come back to service my house because I could no longer trust his ability to service my house appropriately. Attached were the bees I asked him to remove after a week or waiting.

    Signature Pest Control
Their customer service is impecable. From the guy who services my house calling a day or two ahead of time to remind me and ask if there are any problem issues that need to be addressed, to the updates written on the receipt that is left after the serrvice about the activity in my rat bait stations. THanks for keeping me bug and varmet free.

    Pacific Coast Termite Inc
I expected a bit more treatment in patio area because I had understood during inspection that the termites had infested a larger area. Upon completion I brought that to their attention and they showed me the order which did not have area marked. They also did go over the said area with me and I was ok with it.

    Corky's Pest Control
Unfortunately the problem persisted after the first technician's work was completed. After being awakened at 4 am by ants in the bed - in our hair, etc., Corky's sent a new technician out. Jesse has 12 years experience and knew immediately what needed to be done, and the problem has been resolved. He was amazing - very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. We are now on an every other month service, and will hopefully continue to be pleased!

    Gorilla Pest Control
I would most definately refer and endorse this company. They were friendly, efficient, and their follow-up has been great. We have two more follow-up inspections and so far there have been no additional rodents. The gentlemen are within 5 minutes of their scheduled time to visit, which is wonderful.

    CL Consulting Group
Chris Lee worked with me to perform a termite inspection and fumigation on my specific schedule. Unlike numerous other termite companies that declined service, Chris came through and was able to find a crew to fumigate my home within a very specific date range. He (and his crew) arrived on time (slightly early, actually) for all scheduled appointments and was very courteous, which made me feel at ease. I also referred him to a colleague of mine, which had services performed on his home as well, also within a very specific date range. He answered all the questions I had and was very prompt in responding to those. I've been recommending his services to other colleagues who may need services done.

    R&D Pest Services Inc
I have been using R&D for over ten years and have always been completely satisfied. I have them come every June to spray, and I have never had to call them back because the ants came back in the house. I would and have recommended them without hesitation.

    Conner Pest Management
It went way better than expected, he even fit me into his schedule last minute and drove all he way out to my house when he was in Los Angeles that day. He was very kind and even looked out for my dogs by telling me to kennel them before service so the pesticide had a chance to dry. All in all best service I've ever had in pest control! I hired an "innovative" company before Conner pest and the service failed in comparison to Conner pest management! Please use him!

    EcoShield Pest Control - Corona
I'm changing my 5 star review of EcoShield to 1 star now that I realize my quarterly service contract with them is worthless. Don't hire them if your expectations are for them to do anything beyond spray for ants and spiders and occasionally remove spider webs, both things any home owner can easily to themselves.

I just recently learned I have a rat problem, something EcoShield should've known before I did if they had been doing their jobs properly and inspecting my property for rat droppings. When I did realize I had a rat problem, I was assured by 2 separate EcoShield techs in the course of 3 service calls that "pests" in my "pest control agreement" definitely includes rats and they would take care of my rat problem at no additional charge. But they didn't, and now I'm shelling out thousands of dollars to repair damage to my HVAC system because the rats have chewed through the wiring and air ducts.

The 1st time I mentioned rats to an EcoShield tech, I was told "just trim your trees so they can't climb them to get to your roof and that should take care of the problem." So I had my trees trimmed. It didn't take care of the problem.

The 2nd time I called about the rats, the same tech came out. This time I was able to give him a better description of where I could hear the rat activity at night, and he said he suspected they were in my attic. But instead of going into my attic to confirm and set traps there, he just set one bait box in my yard and said "that should take care of the problem." It didn't take care of the problem.

Another 2 weeks went by and I could hear increasing rat activity. This time, it was obvious they were, indeed, in my attic as I could now hear them chewing on something up there. A different tech came out this time. He located the bait box in my yard and confirmed the rats hadn't touched the bait in it. He moved it to another area in my yard where he could see rat droppings (again I ask, shouldn't they have noticed the rat droppings weeks/months earlier?). Then he climbed into my attic and confirmed rat droppings up there as well (but he didn't bother to clean them up). He also confirmed rat droppings in a closet on the 2nd floor where one of my HVAC units is located (I have two units, the other is in the attic). He didn't bother to clean up any of the rat droppings there either. He just left them there, even though rat droppings are a known health hazard. Shouldn't that be included in my service?!? He also didn't bother to locate where the rats were entering the attic. He just had guesses, and made no attempt to confirm his guesses, so the entry points were never confirmed and never sealed. Instead, all he did was put a sticky paper trap in the attic with some bait on it and "that should take care of the problem." It did not.

The HVAC repair guy who is here now can't understand why -- for the life of him! -- only one trap was used and why it was placed in such an illogical location rather than where the most evidence of rat traffic is: the two large areas in the attic flooring that are now saturated in urine and droppings. He also can't figure out why EcoShield didn't locate the entry points and seal those up. Or why they didn't clean up the rat droppings in my attic and upstairs HVAC closet.

Well, I've figured out the answer: Because during his last visit, the EcoShield tech explained that I "really didn't want to let the rat problem get out of control" because if it did, I'd have to pay EcoShield thousand of dollars in additional fees to clean up those droppings and remove and replace all the urine soaked insulation in my attic. So there we have it. It's all so obvious now: EcoShield intentionally did a half-a55ed job at "taking care of my rat problem" and waited for the problem to get worse so I'd be forced to pay them thousands of dollars more to clean up the mess the increasing rat population has left behind. That's not going to happen. They're not getting any more of my money.

I called EcoShield and let them know how unhappy I am. Instead of offering to come take care of my rat problem once and for all - at no additional charge - and offering to pay for the damage to my HVAC system (which I think they should, since the damage wouldn't have occurred if they'd done their jobs), the woman on the phone told me my contract doesn't cover rodents. She actually said EcoShield doesn't count rodents as "pests." "Pests" is just ants and spiders. Then she had the audacity to ask me if, in light of this definition of "pests" if I'd ever had a "pest" problem in the 4 1/2 years I'd been using EcoShield, and if not, then I had no reason to complain. This is after I was told by 2 different EcoShield techs that my service included rodents. If I'd know I'd been shelling out almost $400 a year just for them to spray every 3 months for ants and spiders, I would've just gone to my local home improvement center for the supplies and done it myself.
