    Everything went smoothly. Love, love, love how it all turned out. One of the sliders was extra large and that area sits on a slope, making it difficult to align door just right. They worked on it till it was perfect. We will be calling them back when we have our backroom redone. Our neighbors called them to have their windows done soon after.

    Ok, I have battled back and forth whether or not I was going to write this review. I came on here to check out their other reviews, which I hadn't done since my first job with them. As I read through,I noticed they got a lot of well deserved great reviews. All the bad reviews had a similar theme, and that theme matches with my latest experience with them. The theme? Poor customer service starting with Roxy in the office. I had them do a $4500 job a few months back, and their work was done well, and on time. The owner, Tom, came out to do the bid, and everything went fairly well. I came on here and have them a glowing review. So, when the need arose for us to do some bathtub reglazing, I figured I'd use them again. I called and talked to Roxy, who remembered us from before, after looking us up, and I had a price quickly, and the job got scheduled for 9am on 6/20. Monday came, and the tech showed up about 15 minutes early (a good thing). My wife was wrapping up a shower (not in the bathroom having the work done), so my son ran in and told her someone was at the door. She told him to yell through the door "just a minute" which he did. My wife threw a full robe on and rushed to the door. She apologized and let him in. He walked in, went in the bathroom, said that he was told it was a bathtub only, not a one piece shower and tub, and that he needed to call Roxy to find out how much more it would be. My wife gladly obliged and went in to take a toy or two that was left in the bathtub. After 10 minutes (it's now 9:10), I called her to see how things were going and to find out if they had arrived. She said he was outside talking to Roxy. Then she gasped and told me he was gone. This is where the permanent ruining of their relationship with me began. I got off the phone with my wife and immediately called Roxy. She chastised me instantly for not telling her that my unit was a one piece shower/tub. I apologized, and said I'd be happy to pay whatever the difference would be. She said it would be about $110 more, so I agreed. She said, we'll have to rebook. I didn't like this at all. Then she told me my wife answered the door in a robe and made her tech feel uncomfortable. Then she said the bathtub was full of stuff and had "obviously" just been used (it hadn't). She then said to me, "you guys were clearly not ready for our service today." I'm appalled with this entire conversation, but it then got worse. I said, "Roxy, I'm having professional photos done so that I can list my house." (Which I had told her already). "Can we please send him back to do the job?" She said she'd have to call him because he was already on another job. I looked at my clock: 9:20. She said she'd call me right back. Ten minutes after his scheduled arrival and I'm supposed to believe he's already on another job? No way. To top it off, about an hour later I thought I missed a call from them. I called back and said sorry I missed your call. Roxy again snapped at me very unprofessionally by saying, "I didn't call you. He hasn't called back. Like I told you, I'll call you when he's available." I said ok, hung up, and began searching for a company that works for their customers, not the other way around. Roxy didn't call me back until today, 6/22. I guess her tech was tied up for 2 whole days. She called me and said, "Are we doing your tub or not?" I politely informed her that I was good, and that we were having another company do it. Rather than trying to resolve an issue with a return customer, she said ok and hung up. Then today, I was supposed to have an estimate visit for screens for my windows. I hadn't cancelled. They never showed. I guess she fired me as much as I had fired them. I sincerely hope Tom reads these. I enjoyed my interaction with him very much. I was satisfied with the work. Roxy treated me like I was a burden to her, not an opportunity. I had a laundry list of things I want done at my house before we sell, and I would have been happy to have HU do it all. But this experience was bar none unacceptable. I will happily spend my budget elsewhere.

    Terry and his assistant arrived on time at my home.  They were friendly and professional.  Terry explained the problem and went about fixing it.  He did a beautiful job re-glazing my bathtub.

    Most the work went very well. Jim Birdsall was very attentive to our needs. The plumbing installation and tile work was top notch. However, if he wants to continue with complete remodels he needs to get a crew that knows all aspects of remodeling. Especially door installation.

    It has been well. We have met with him at our house twice and we have meet with him at the tile store to be introduced to the merchants. I have not yet met the crew. He is responsive to my emails and phone calls. He has always been there and right on time.

    The representative came to our home, and we showed her our master bath, and guest bath, each of which had a bath/shower.  She said it would be better to put the new tub in the guest bathroom, which we agreed with her, because, she's the expert.  After she said that, I asked her to make sure I would fit in the tub, she did some measurements, and verified that yes, I would be able to fit.  Next we set the appointment for them to come in.  We were told they would be for 5 hours.   When the men showed up, they wanted to climb into the attic, which we were not told was going to happen.  They also cut out half of our doorway, and tracked saw dust throughout my house.  After repeatedly telling them not to leave the door open, so the cats couldn't get out, they kept leaving the door wide open.  After they had cut up our door, the paint job they did did not cover everything, so there are still dull spots showing on the door, and there also dirty handprints on the door, and they dripped paint on the ceramic tile floor.  I told them I would need a safety bar installed in the tub to help me stand up, and they said they would not install that for me.  I am only 5 feet tall, and the seat in the tub is high enough that my feet don't even touch the ground.  The first time I used the tub, I could barely fit in the door, even though I was told by the sales representative that I would easily be able to fit.  Avoid Safe Guard Tubs, if you are short and handicapped.  They also say they have a non slip floor, which is not true, I have to put a towel on the floor before I can get up.

    Personable and professional, Terry arrived on time. He went right to work and completed the job in a few hours. The unit looks great.He answered questions about the product and the trade. I was concerned about he smell and fumes. He stated that I should not worry. Sure enough he was right. The smell was almost gone by the end of the day. Thanks Terry it was a great experiance.

    Terry was friendly, prompt and professional.  He estimated it would take about 4 hours, but he completed the job about 1 hour early.  I received a $25 discount because I was an Angie's member.  The outside of the tub had some paint/glaze runs towards the bottom, so I took pictures and emailed them to Terry.  He contacted me immediately, apologized and set an appointment to come out and fix it at my earliest convenience.  He was apologetic and gracious when he came out to fix the runs, which came out nicely.  Overall, I am happy with the work, but my husband felt it was an average job and did not like the fact that Terry used regular masking tape on the walls and it peeled off some of the wall paint.
