    Pacific Collision Centers
    This collision center is by far the best place. The front receptionist Jessica was very professional and friendly. She kept me well informed throughout the entire repair process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The paperwork process was very smooth and quick as everything was ready for me to sign when I arrived.  Jessica also assisted me in car rental (Hertz) and the car was already at the location ready for me before I arrived. She also gave me a quick tour of the shop and it is very organized and well kept. 
    Brian was handling my repair. My Acura TSX wagon was in front end collision and in a bad shape. I was actually amazed that it wasn't totaled. Brian and his team did a excellent job repairing the car. I'm a big car guy so I'm very picky when it comes to cars.... but I was AMAZED how great the car looked. I could not tell the difference in paint at all (pearl white, very difficult to match the color). All the body lines matched perfectly. The car looks like it has never been in an accident. They also completely detailed my car inside and out prior to pick up which was very nice. 
    I am glad I found this place. Bring your car here for your collision repair and have that peace of mind knowing your car is in good hands!!

    Bodywork of hatchback door shows slight bump on edge, should have been sanded a bit more. Only noticeable if I'm looking for it.
    Clips that hold hatchback door interior fell out, rattling inside door.
    I brought it back and they gladly offered to fix it, but I haven't bothered to bring it in.
    Bumper paint color (Ford Sterling Grey, a dark metallic graphite) a bit darker, but not bad. Can notice in sunlight at certain angles. Not enough to re-do.
    Had a problem getting the car back when they said it would be ready.
    Took a few more days then they said it would, 
    I had to call them to find that the car was finished.
    They did not inform me it was ready.
    Even though I had all these problems, I give them a slightly better than average overall grade.
    This is due to worse experiences over the years at other body shops.

    ECONOMY PAINT & COLLISION
    I met with Dennis to get a quote to paint my older Mercedes. The car was starting to look tired and neglected and since I take it to several car shows a year and it is still my daily driver I needed to keep a balance of show and driver as far as price was concerned. Dennis went over the car with me, then spent a considerable amount of time out of his day to find out exactly what my expectations of the results were. He took the time to explain exactly what I could expect with each price point and type of paint job that he could do. I decided on a 2 stage paint job with him also doing the body work and extensive wet sanding and buffing/polishing.
    I also gave him a very short time frame to complete the work as there was a show that I had committed to coming up. Dennis kept me updated on the progress and had the car completed in the time frame that I had requested and with outstanding results. He also took the time to let me know how to show the car without damaging the paint while it was still curing since I needed to drive over 300 miles to the show with the car fresh out of his shop.
    I have waited a few months since having my car painted here to see if any issues would come up with the paint. I can say that all my expectations have been met and I am very happy with my choice of having the car completely repainted here. Just a very good experience with all my expectations being met at a fair price in the time frame that was promised. Good stuff.
